"Quiet and Comfortable"
A very quiet and peacefull place, have a great service and attendance, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good but the meals are somewhat expensive, not worth the money but, despite of this, you have many great restaurants nearby. It is in an excellent region of São Paulo, really near from Paulista Avenue, from São Paulo City Mall and from Trianon Masp subway station.
"good apartment hotel"
The units have a kitchenette (no dishes), living area and bedroom. Nice and quiet area close to Paulista Ave. Good free wifi. Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast, mediocre dinner. 5 minutes walk from metro.
"Amazing place to stay"
My wife and I stayed at this hotel and they were amazing. We knew very little Portuguese, but they made our stay very pleasant. We picked this area because it was close to Paulista Avenue and we were more than happy with their accommodations. We really enjoyed the beautiful, quiet, and comfortable rooms. The free breakfast in the mornings was also amazing. We utilized their pool and spa facilities and they were also made our stay even more pleasant. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sao Paulo.
My girlfriend and I recently completed a stay at this hotel for four nights. Sleep quality was good and the room was very quiet. But, the only reason to stay at this hotel is if you want to be in a residential area within walking distance of Paulista Avenue. Although this a relatively new building, it is not being well maintained by the management. And a little bleach could go a very long way. We had to wear flip flops in the shower, because the tile was covered in mildew. Also, every set of sheets that we had minor stains that could have been removed with bleach in the wash. This is just an average hotel, nothing pretentious trendy or boutique. There are restaurants and bars, but they are a 5-10 minute walk. Since Uber is abailable, I would recommend staying at a more trendy property in a suburb such as Vila Olimpia. Taking Uber almost anywhere in Sao Paulo can be done for ujnder $10.
We stayed here for 3 nights and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's definitely great. The rooms are large and extremely clean, the staff are very helpful and speak excellent English (a bonus as we don't speak Portuguese and it's not a given in Brazil), and the bed and shower were great. The apartment set up, with a couch, fridge, and the ability to separate the bedroom from the living area, was also fantastic. Breakfast was huge and had a great variety, and there were loads of excellent restaurants and bars close by. The area felt safe to walk around and the hotel was close to a number of shops and a metro station. I'd definitely stay here again!
