"Vijitt resort Phuket "
Wow what a beautiful resort. We had so much fun. Staff friendly. Pool temperature was good. Location to beach close, however the beach was black mud, I would not recommend during low tide & without water shoes. High tide on the other hand was great.
"Still time to improve "
4.5 star for room, maybe an extra dining chair in the room would be great so we don't have to eat room service on the couch. We have no furniture outside so cant chill on the balcony. The house keeping staff are great very friendly and welcoming. As for the waiting staff for breakfast i would only give 1 star. We arrived for breakfast the first day and waited around 10 minutes, still nobody to seat us so we found our own table the waitress then came and told us to move onto a dirty table she cleaned for us. She asked us if we wanted tea so we said yes. After 5 minutes no sign so my wife asked and still no tea i asked twice more and after finishing our breakfast i then got up and asked the man cleaning up for tea. We got one dirty cup and no milk so i went back and asked for the milk. Its like they didnt want us there. We wrote this off as a hiccup and breakfast today was the very same. No one to seat us and no asking if we wanted tea or coffee and no sign of anybody when i went to fetch us some water. This is very off putting for us to use the restaurant during our stay so we have been to the supermarket and bought snacks for our room. The pool area is nice and with better staff training could be the 5 star it advertises. Were on our last stop of our honeymoon and feel like not using the resorts dining facilities which is sad as the food is nice.
"Great relaxing venue with breathtaking outlooks"
My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The room was really nice, the out door shower is a really nice touch. The pool area is stunning with a nice sized pool and pleanty of sun loungers. We were booked in on a bed and breakfast rate. I'm glad we did as the hotel breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular, along with a choice of only two restaurants. The hotel food and drink is also very expensive in comparison to local restaurants. I always expect a premium on drinks by the pool, however I thought the prices were excessive when they are double that of the local restaurants. There are a lot of great restaurants in Rawai which is a walk down the hill from the hotel (approx 1 mile/ 1.6km). We found a great bar across the road from the hotel that did lovely food and cheap drinks. If you want a taxi I would recommend going out of the hotel and flagging a tuk tuk or go to one of the numerous taxi stands. It's a lot cheaper than using the taxi in the hotel. We also got washing done whilst out here, again it's a lot cheaper to go to one of the numerous local laundrettes as theyre a fraction of the price of the hotel. In summary, the hotel is beautiful and lovely, however i felt they were trying to get as much money out of you as possible for the food and drinks.
"Peaceful and relaxing break"
To start the villas do have a a wow factor to them, the staff are so lovely and a good selection of FREE breakfast. If I'm being picky somethings are a little worn out, the beds are quite hard and it would be amazing if they had black out curtains. The hotel had its own restaurant which is a bit over priced but still cheap to English standards and if you wanted to eat anywhere else you would have to get a taxi. Don't use the hotel taxi and excursion service as it's ALOT more expensive. Had a lovely stay there and would return!
It was perfect.if u want to relax this hotel is awesome. The pool is perfect. The only problem was just mosquitoes that was solved by a mosquito netting.😀 The food was delicious and well designed. The breakfast was nice
