I am 4 stays away from Lifetime Platinum, already made it with Marriott years ago, so I think I have seen it all. I used SPG points to book a room for my wife and 3 dear friends for a girls reunion. I was contacted by an "experience specialist" named Wren. Her name should be Wonder Woman because she made so much happen. Every request was fulfilled and then some. I see she has been mentioned in previous reviews and it is well deserved. Oh yes, the room upgrade and hotel is wonderful.. a recommended place to stay for sure.

I have come to know Westin for their heavenly beds (which they are!), heavenly spa, etc; however, this Westin particularly stands out for it's service. We arrived 5:30 am, and of course, didn't expect to get a room at the time. The Front Desk lady (I regret not getting her name), not only had a wonderful attitude, sweet cheerful and energy about her at that time, but went out of her way to find us a room that met our requirements. She made our arrival for a long-weekend getaway simply perfect. All staff, from Front Desk, Concierge, to Room Service and Doormen were wonderful! A perfect stay in one of my favourite cities in the US.
I come to chicago every Easter and every Labor day for an event. Each time have delt with a different Platinum Concierge as I am lifetime Platinum. Finally the one to knock it out of the park is Wren. Omg this lady had my few request right on time and she was so pleasant i was pleased to be able to meet her in person.wren I know you're reading this so Hello and Thanks a million.!!!! Also the check in was ON POINT....i felt like a true Lifetime Platinum as Arlisha Coleman was star struck over my status and made us feel like the BEST guest that checked in and we checked in close to midnight after traveling she made it really really special,Arlisha you belong at front desk because you know how to make a guest feel welcomed like its your own Palace. Arlisha Thanks for the Amenity ...YOU and Wren totally make this property what it is. SPECTACULAR

Everything you expect from a Westin hotel was top notch but an extra special mention goes to Sam Gee, the Fitness Center Manager. Sam runs one of the best gyms my boyfriend and I have ever seen in a hotel. The brand new top of the line equipment is hand picked by Sam, the studio space is superb and Sam's wonderful personality made us feel like we had our own personal trainer who was a friend. Fitness is extra important for our vacations and Sam went above and beyond to make us feel at home, motivated and VIP - we sincerely hope he's there when we come back next time!
Attended college hockey tournament at United Center. Good location, upgraded room, nice Executive lounge, very helpful and responsive staff. Assisted with reservations and with rental car--found location nearby that allowed after-hours return.
