"Family visit "
Just spent a lovely long weekend at the Westin in Copley square. We love the location. The room was fabulous. The shower was great. We really appreciate the special touches like the coffee maker, water bottles and bath robes. There are lots of places to eat nearby and lots to do within walking distance. Parking in Boston is very expensive however but luckily my daughter took our car and parked it at her place in east Boston. Would definitely stay at the Westin again.
"Westin Copley - Outstanding Service & First Class Hotel"
Brian Testorf - Guest Services Agent was outstanding to us. First class service, great suggestions on restaurants and just a wonderful attitude. I am a Platinum member and he upgraded us to a beautiful suite with killer views of Boston and the Charles River for my family as were visiting colleges. Rooms were immaculate and new Elite Lounge was spectacular. Brian also was able to give us a late checkout. I already miss being at the hotel. We will definitely be back!
"two star sanitation"
I just spent four nights at htis place. Upon check in, I observed that the bathroom was not clean and that the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. I brought this to the attention of the front desk. They sent housekeeping. Housekeeping simply "slopped some water around" but did not clean the bathroom any better than it was at check in. The next day, i actually hand wrote a message to the manager about the condition of the room which was ignored. I then cleaned the room myself! I had breakfast in the restaurant one morning and the table, which was set, wasn't clean either. I asked the waiter to clean it. He frowned and did so. I had stayed at this hotel previously and won't stay there again. I have stayed in cleaner "mom and pop" places.

Location is quite central, near all sorts of shopping. Hotel is very pet friendly and situated right diagonal to a park. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are helpful and courteous. I had one of the best New England chowder from their room service!!!!
"Wonderful Service at The Westin Copley Place"
I am currently staying at the Westin Copley on business. The biggest plus for this hotel is the staff. I usually stay at the Westin Copley when in Boston on business for convenience of the location and basically because of the amazing staff. While I stay here frequently, I often travel by train and not car. The last time I travelled to this hotel by car was probably 6 months ago. Notwithstanding, Ben, one of the gentleman who works at the valet stand greeted me as an old friend when I pulled up in my car. He even said I remember you like to pull your own bag but will you let me help you this time. Who remembers those details'! As a female business traveler often on my own, it is nice to know there are staff members who know me, welcome me and make me feel at home. I do agree the rooms can use a face lift and the brown carpeting and furnishing is tired, I will gladly deal with this in exchange for being made to feel welcome and taken care of by great staff like Ben. I am a loyal customer to this hotel because of him.
