"Solid Westin Experience"
Great staff, great location, great hotel. Clean, spacious, luxurious. It's huge, so be prepared to walk. Close to everything, and just plain great. Would stay here again on any future trips to Boston!
"Very Nice Experience in a Busy Hotel"
Had a very nice weekend stay at the Westin Copley Place. The room was excellent and the public spaces very nice - in a very convenient downtown location. The staff were even nice enough to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out. The hotel was very busy this weekend with meetings and other events, so the hotels were a little slow, but that didn't get too much in the way of a great experience.
"Wonderful weekend away"
I promised my daughter a weekend away to celebrate her milestone birthday. I chose Boston and the Westin Copley Place due to its central location. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, we had great service from Patrick at the front desk. Our room needs were met and he offered a wealth of dining advice and helped us get reservations. Everything about our stay including the comfy beds and great views from the room exceeded our expectations. The location was close to great shopping, dining, museums, parks and historic sites. Definitely recommend this hotel and want to thank Patrick for all his great customer service.
"Meeting Staff Excellent Loc Nguyen is the best Banquet Captain in Boston"
Each year i work several meetings for my company at the Westin Copley Boston Hotel. The meeting staff are excellent at getting the food out for breaks, tiding up the conference room, and making all attendees feel welcome. I enjoy coming back to this hotel.
"Good old Westin"
Heard some not good reports, but not so in our experience. It is getting just a little worn, but compared with the soulless half deserted building site that Copley Place now is, it is holding up very well. All the usual nice practical Westin touches, delightful staff (including the maids) and everything spotless, clean and working every day. The room designers actually give you the impression they have stayed in hotels themselves and know you need to store suitcases, etc. As usual you can hear the automatic door closers during the night, but this is not exclusively a Westin problem - rather a question of Americans actually being taught how to close a door when they go to school. No complaints, only compliments.
