"Good rooms and service. Food OK"
I went in to this hotel for a business purpose. Situated at a good location, standing tall, so good option if you are new to the city. Negative is the traffic which you would be facing if you are late office goer. Rooms awesome. Service best. Food wise I would say might need a bit of innovation to serve guests from across the world.
"Long way to go!"
To summarize, very disappointing! Absolutely no recognition of SPG platinum status and very poor customer service. Rooms look dated and so are the staff! Plenty of choices in Gurgaon at this price range which offer better rooms and service. Unlikely to return.
"Really good service"
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for an office conference and the stay was quite pleasant. To begin with, the reception staff were very cordial, specially Mr Rahul. The rooms were really big and spacious, with all the modern amenities of a star hotel, with a nice view too! The food in the hotel was excellent, to begin with the breakfast spread was very large and the lunch/ dinner meals were quite tasteful. Overall, this is a value for money hotel and would strongly recommend it.
"Perfect hotel for business trip"
Stayed here for a week for work, and really liked it. Highly recommended. The pool is amazing, and the various restaurants in the hotel served great food. The overall design of the place is very good too. It's modern and well designed, but not over the top like some other hotels. The concierges (particularly Manik) were especially helpful, and went out of their way to help me get some train tickets booked.
"Worst Housekeeping "
We checked in on the 23rd Nov , we were here for a wedding . I am globe trotter , being a member of SPG , i was shocked the way staff was behaving. I think STARWOOD got a through way price profit sharing ratio with the owner. I WILL NEVER STAT IN THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. The housekeeping staff was cleaning my room in front of me, in spite of giving them a notice of 4 hrs and their body language was that as if they were doing a favour to me. The duty manager was not ready to come on call , i called hum at 4.30 pm ISD.
