"Beeakfast to die for"
We stayed at this hotel more than half a year ago, and I still remember it for its breakfast. The best that I ever had in any hotel. It is massive, combining cuisines from all over world, all fantastically tasty. Lunch afterwards was not required.
"Outstanding Conference Food!"
I was attending a boutique conference but running late so no time for breakfast. Morning tea was amazing with hot food and lunch was extensive. Conference food is often average but the Westin is far from that. So many option so make sure you leave room for desert!
the peoples working this hotel knows what is hospitality, what hotel guest want generally Malaysian people are kind and warm heart, but still staffs of this hotei are very friendly with smile Durimg my stay, 4 days only, I never saw anybody doest have smile in the hotel Concielge gave me very nice advice even my uncertain question
"Feel at HOME in KL "
The warm welcomes from the people here always make our stay at WESTIN KL an unforgetable one. Located just opposite Pavilion Mall at Bukit Bintang street make everything comfortable starting from shopping and for business or just to find a nice local dishes at Pavilion's Food Center . The room is very clean and facilities are all 5 stars qualification, make it worth for the money we spent. Highly recommanded for those never been to this hotel and for the one visiting KL in the near future. ENJOY .....
The first time I stayed at Westin KL, I knew I was going to come back again. Low and behold, me and my family did just that! The location of being right smack of Bukit Bintang was a major pull factor. Almost everything was walkable; that includes a 10-20 walk to KLCC via the walkway bridge/link from Pavilion Mall. Right. Lets get down to business and talk about the hotel itself. Its staff are approachable and friendly, even their room cleaning employees are always smiling. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Just wished they'd scrap the concentrate-made fruit juices which are really high in sugar content. I've noticed that most Malaysian hotels do this and its something I personally frown upon. Else, there's water. Rooms are clean & tidy. So far not a single peeling wallpaper in sight. Depending on which room one gets, the city view of Kuala Lumpur in the evening is gorgeous. If you're high enough, you'd be seeing the natural landscapes of Selangor during first light. Absolutely Beautiful. Toilets are standard, what you get for a 5 star hotel. I do think they need to upgrade the TV sets and go for SmartTVs, at least HD quality MINIMUM! And their beds! OMG they're to die for! I've never felt so 'I want to sleep and lie down all day' for such a long time! They have those special edition mattresses or something, I'm not sure what they call it but damn, it works for me! I'm sold. Absolutely. What I think that can be improved is their parking lot. Parking a decent mid size sedan is already quite tight in my opinion. And if you drive a BMW 7 series, most likelyhood you'd be parking at the valet. Not sure how much more that will cost though. As mentioned earlier, Westin KL is surrounded by hundreds of shops & restaurants, even luxury stores at Starhill Gallery are close by. You'll never need to head out far to find good food. Food court at Pavilion has tons of varieties/cuisines. Its easy on the pocket too. After all, hey! Its Malaysia! Food is everywhere, literally! Hope you enjoyed reading my review. I personally will definitely come back to Westin KL in future and I do hope you feel the same way!
