"Amazing Location and Good Sightseeing!"
Very impressive since first stepped to the hotel with the warm welcome from the Doorman and swiftly check-in. The room is quite nice but the maintenance care is needed. It wasn't the big deal for us so we could leave with it but inform the Front Desk upon departure and the staff was listening with high attention. Very good attitude! The breakfast is not the highlight of our stay. We completely understand mostly food are Halal and may be because the restaurant is quite large so hardly to get attention from the staff unless you walked to them and ask for what you need. The hotel has such a prime location. The shopping mall is just right at your door steps, provide many 5* restaurants and top brand names. Recommended this hotel for the short stay which is very convenience for your discovery in KL.
"Great rooms at a great price"
The Westin is a great hotel to stay at. It has luxurious rooms with great views. It has a nice outdoor pool which is lots of fun to play in. The hotel is in a great location, it's close to Petronas Twin Towers and it has a mall next door. They do offer dinner there, the restaurant is reviewed separately (The Living Room). It is a nice place to stay.
"Not moneys worth! "
We booked our family holiday to Singapore & Malaysia through flight centre, who advised us that The Westin Singapore AND Kuala Lumpur are BOTH top notch hotels. To our delight, Singapore Westin was AMAZING! Clean, very modern and very pleasant! To our disappointment, Kuala Lumpur Westin was disastrous! Lets begin.... - BREAKFAST: Food- good! The long QUEUE for breakfast on the other hand, was ridiculous! There were days when we felt like going back to the room and would rather miss out on our "included" breakfast. There were too many outside hotel guests who came for breakfast, which was very inconvenient for hotel guests. Very sad! - HOUSEKEEPING: Although friendly, they were poorly managed. Our rooms were never vacuumed or sweeped, and bathrooms never disinfected. Other 5 star hotels would provide daily turn-down service. Here, we had to specifically call everyday to remind them! - BATHROOM: I have left the worst point to last. When you are on holidays, after a long tiring day of touring, you generally want to come back to a clean hotel bathroom. These bathrooms were revolting! Extremely outdated, and very mouldy! The showers were slimy and stinky! The sink would continuously get blocked, and overall it was a terrible experience! Since we also fell ill on this holiday, we had no choice but to spend more time at the hotel than we bargained for. What a nightmare! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend The Westin KL to any friends or relatives. Langkawi Westin was superb! Clean, and very much 5 star worthy! Alongside Singapore Westin! Moneys worth.... However, KL Westin requires much work, for it to be considered the 'Westin- Starwood preferred standard.' Please RENOVATE! Concierge and front desk staff were very helpful, and kindly upgraded us to the executive suite. Although the rooms/bathrooms/housekeeping was no better, executive lounge access was lovely. Your location is great and very convenient. and it would be helpful for your hotel to compliment its location, and name!

Westin KL is always our preferred hotel in KL and it never disappoints! Staff are helpful and friendly, service is excellent, room is spacious and very comfortable, breakfast is heavenly and the location couldn't be better.
"CS is very disappointing."
I prepay a hotel apartment and it was not available at the time of early check around 10am. We could not wait until 2pm because we were tired from a 7hour flight. So we decided to ask for the next available room. The staff told us they were full. then the next time it was just the deluxe room is what they can offer us which is just half of the price we paid for the apartment type room. I was expecting alot from this hotel since we usually stay with them during our visits. I regret booking at this hotel this time because we felt that the staff did not do his best to keep a good customer service. If we booked in Marriott or The Ritz this could have not happen-- btw these 2 hotels got the 5 star CS..!👍🏻 It's my bad, and this is what happens when you want to save money.😞
