"Really nice for a city hotel"
For a country like Peru ...you cannot ask for more ..... Modern, well equipped, comfortable rooms with beautiful panoramic view (specially in the high floors) and tall enough that you can locate it from far. The area is upscale with numerous shops, cafés, a food court and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Very good breakfast ...only complaint is that it is rather small for such an hotel, so it gets crowded quickly. There are nice hotels as well by the ocean, a bit far. So it really depends on the purpose of your visit and where you would like to be located. Was their for business meetings.
`If you are familiar with Westin properties, than this one is sure to please. The beds, the linens, the service and more. The breakfast is a must, no better in town and the options will cause you to overeat - and feel healthy while doing so. The staff was more than friendly, even in the Latin culture. The concierge was delightful and always trying to help you save a couple of dollars while enjoying everything gem the city has to offer. It is not the cheapest hotel around. But, if that is what you were looking for, you would not be looking here. What I can tell you is this, from the moment you enter the front doors, you breath in peace and relaxation. When you walk into your room, the stress washes away. The soaking tub is the perfect size, the towels swaddle you in comfort and dropping into that heavenly bed (trademarked so), you will lavish in every bit of comfort. They also provide free bottled water and refill it through you stay. The only complaint I had was the lack of coffee and creamer in the room. Yes, it is there. However, it is a one cup system, with one little packet that makes an extremely weak cup and the creamer is powdered. However, the tea selection is nice, assuming you do not like a splash of milk in your tea (I do). Not much of a gripe when you get moving and head down to breakfast. Do not pass up the breakfast. It was not included in our room and we are not breakfast eaters. We added it to our room when we arrived and so thankful that we did, because it was worth every penny.
Beautiful hotel, centrally located. With spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They provided excellent suggestions for sightseeing and guides to the area. The restaurants and bars in the complex are top notch. I highly recommend staying here.
"Great intercity hotel"
The hotel was very beautiful. The wifi had a charge. The breakfast buffet was great. A formal dinner in the dining room for a group was disorganized with courses being serviced at different times to different people.
"Westin Lima - Among the best in LATAM"
The Westin hotel in Lima is definitely one of the best hotels in Latin America. The food is really great. It is very well located. Rooms are great, very spacious and comfortable! For business or pleasure is a great option.
