The team at Westin provided an excellent holiday break for my disabled wife and son to help celebrate his 21 st birthday The lending of wheelchair really helped and pools gardens and food was a very high standard They provided plenty of drinking water Ed will return to this place

Spent 2 nights here. Excellent facilities. Staff are very warm. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are spacious. We received a fruit platter for our anniversary the 1st night and a cake the 2nd night. We travelled with our 9 month old son. This resort is definitely child friendly. No request was not met without a smile and kind word. Well done to the entire team at The Westin Bali!
"Wonderful resort with beautiful grounds"
Having stayed previously in the resorts of Seminyak & Ubud, we decided to give Nusa Dua a try in September 2016. The resort's grounds are absolutely huge compared to most hotels in Bali. The resort is located right on the beach front, with a safe well-lit walkway which goes all the way down to Bali Collection. Check in was swift and painless, the staff are pleasant and polite. The rooms are of a good size, however our particular room had a very very small balcony. The bathroom was lovely, and the best was super comfortable, as you would expect from a Westin Resort. The fitness centre here is excellent and very well equipped, with a good selection of weights, machines, loose weights etc. and is well air conditioned. The pool area is nice and spacious, and the service poolside is great, with waiters always seemingly milling about to take your food/drink order. We sampled a few of the cocktails on the menu and they were all delicious. As with most places in Bali, they do a great Mai-Tai. We did not have breakfast included in our room rate, so couldn't comment on this, nor did we eat at any restaurants in the resort either. Do make sure you mention if you are an SPG member, as there are specific rooms for SPG guests. All in all, a lovely resort which i would recommend to anyone looking for your more typical resort style holiday then you would perhaps get elsewhere in Bali. The Westin brand delivers again.

hello my dears it is review to see every where and every thing westin big hotel but have advantage point and disadvantage point. i dont want write story but i listed bad and good point the important notice that i stayed 1 week on dlx room good point: staff behavior is very very excellent breakfast meal is full and very good reservation help ery good every where very claen room loby pool bed are very good to sleep security is best you fell safe in hotel the loby is big and pretty bad point : very very expensive(dinner lunch spa.... sea side like desert pool not big and small money exchange the least rate(you can walk to out of nusa dua you find good rate) programms dont have many option my swim wear is lost on my room(dont push your clothes in black plastic) other important notice: becarefull ruppie money is diffrent currency because have more zero please please use blue bird taxi to go evey where and see taxi meteteron 7000 rp and if taxi metere is old dont set because 8000 rp is higher than usua;; dont never ever confidence taxi driver if you gonna to bal you should go to waterboom raffting(14km) see uluwatto ubbod if you go the water sport say your leader go water sport that safe in many water sport espically fly fish the person in charge wear red say you if you go more pay me 100000 rp dont accepet and say his or her boss because they go 1 time and you paied two time just beacarfull money exchange in kuta you see good rate that very dangerous for saftey you go the authorized place and get recipt

If you do, it will be AT YOUR RISK! Terrible management Horrible protocol It was to be a great family stay with grandmothers, aunts and cousins. And it ended with 17 stitches on my daughter's left elbow and left hand. A manager on duty was quick to try to blame on my daughter who just only opened the glass door to take a shower after her swim. (Would any 11 year old kid think of playing inside the bathroom by herself') I guess my daughter's bleeding hands weren't important to suffice immediate attention by this manager. The glass door shattered into smaller and sharper pieces which we felt was unusual. We highlighted the importance of safety to the Assistant Manager and requested for an explanation on how/why it happened. No follow-up from hotel management. They were probably happy to see us off and glad it happened just hours prior to our departure from Bali so that this incident can be wrapped up in silence since we are not locals. They have inexperienced staff for a 5 star hotel. We arrived home and contacted our local SPG rep who's very helpful but got no where with Westin Bali Management. To say that I'm upset is an understatement. We stayed in so many hotels and Westin Bali can definitely take home the award for being the worst hotel that we ever stayed.
