"A Sweet Hotel"
The staff here were all friendly and helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely so clean and bright. It was lovely to have our breakfast in the room. Everyday fresh rolls and pastries were delivered first thing and pate, cheeses ,jams butter and honey and yogurts were replaced every day. It was brilliant. The situation of the hotel was good. Very near the station and buses etc. We could walk to most places. There are some nice restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
"A charming Hotel in the City Centre "
Super friendly staff at this cute Hotel which is situated in the Town centre . Check-in was quick and efficient. We were also shown to our rooms. The Hotel is not new but is tastefully Rooms decorated. Nice touches in the room with welcoming chocolates but bottled water is optional and will cost. Breakfast was great as well as drinks in the bar. The Exhibition centre is only a 30 Min. Bus ride away. If it's raining there are complementary umbrellas. Parking is difficult if you haven't reserved. Well worth a stay.
"Great first time!"
Visited Tiffany during my business trip in GVA. Great hotel. Staff was very nice. Room was cosy - could have had a bigger bed... and it was a bit too warm to my taste - useless aircon as always, so slept with the windows open to have a bit of fresh air. Breakfast was great: - express at 12chf with a fresh fruit juice, a tea or coffee and some croissants (normally two, but i took a bit and it worked - thx for that) - full buffet at 29chf So i will be back and will make it my second home when visiting geneva (They also have a gym and a sauna - will visit next month)
"An ordinary Brunch with an Irresponsible Child-Care Service"
We came here for brunch with some friends and our children after hearing great reviews with the added service of a play room and babysitter. The brunch was decent for the price you pay (keeping in mind this is Geneva) however the babysitting service was horrendous. We took our 3 year old to the playroom and were reassured that there was indeed a babysitter there and the area seemed safe. After 15-20min our son was escorted to our table by an older man, another guest at the restaurant, saying he was lost. My husband immediately went to the playroom to asked the 'babysitter' how and why was he left alone and allowed to wonder the hotel! Her response was 'oh sorry - is he okay''. Thankfully it was a decent person who found him but this incident could have easily gone wrong. First and last time here!
"Nice hotel for a short stay"
We stayed at Hotel Tiffany for one night on our travels from Florence to Lyon through Geneva. In a quiet part of the city. Rooms were very small and cosy. There is a lift but you would only get your luggage in plus yourself. Breakfast wasn't included in the rate and was a bit expensive so we didn't try it. There are options around. Room was warm and clean. Restaurants around the area are very expensive so we decided to grab a bite to eat at the supermarket. Lovely city but extremely expensive. As a tip, if travelling into France buy your tickets at the SCNF auto ticket machine located at the international terminal other than the ticket office at SBB where they charge a 20 CHF charge per ticket which is very expensive.
