The hotel is also conveniently located just 20 minutes from Liverpool airport. There’s so much to do in the Liverpool city region. Liverpool has world-class attractions, a proud sporting history and beautiful coast and countryside. Families will also have a great time in Liverpool with lots of attractions suitable for all ages. The museums, libraries and galleries have regular family-friendly events and exhibitions on. The Titanic hotel is ideally located for such attractions.

"A long wait"
Ordered a sausage roll, waited 50 minutes for it to arrive then had to ask for sauce which came a further 10 minutes later. Got a refund but service was terrible. Hotel looks great but they really need to step up their customer service
"Impressive for the price."
A really interestingly designed hotel in an unusual and historic setting. Well decorated, with an explicit nod to its namesake. Although not in the town centre, it was well sign posted and easy to find. The building is huge and impressive, part of the old docks. At the time of our stay, it faced a huge disused, derelict but attractive, brick warehouse building...... but this actually only added to the atmospherics rather than detract. Public areas on the ground floor are spacious, stylish, well furnished and comfortable. Drinks were served to a high standard and we enjoyed the outdoor seating overlooking the water and docks. We did not use the basement spa area but it looked very stylish and relaxing. The real surprise is the bedrooms which are huge! Cavernous in fact! Again, well decorated with large attractive bathrooms and windows. I loved the dimly lit, wide corridors leading to the bedrooms. The corridors have Titanic monogramed carpets and dim lights that really add again to the atmospherics of the place. It feels serene and moody......in a relaxed, glamourous sort of way! The food was good with a wide selection at breakfast. Distance from central Liverpool (maybe 5 mins drive at the most) was not a problem....we took the hotels boat service (small charge) along the Mersey and were dropped at The Albert Dock. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a good visiting experience. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the staff (although friendly and willing) were not adequately attentive to fit the star rating....but this was a while ago and possibly teething problems as the hotel had not been open that long. I am being picky with this comment and I would not let this put you off staying. The value for money and general ambience is exceptional here.
"GIRLY NIGHT AWAY!"
We booked this on a midweek package.. £230 FOR 2 PERSONS OVER NIGHT STAY 3 COURSE DINNER BREAKFAST AND 30 MIN TREATMENT... We arrived and decided to have lunch as we couldnt check in till 3pm.. we had cocktails that were OK .. had better in Manchester / London and 3 of us had fish/chips.... the fish was lovely very light BUT the chips were awful hard and over cooked and the mushy peas were cold.. got them replaced and they came back luke warm AGAIN !!!! The rooms were very big but just lacking in design.... the bathroom were huge .. amenties could of been better more luxurious brand of showergel/ hair products eg: Elemis/ Molton Brown .. i personally found the bed comfy though...bathrobes looked old and were hard...spa treatment included back neck shoulder massage .. I had Sophie as my therapist she was lovely and I enjoyed my treatment .. my other friends said theres was not a 30 min treatment more like 20 mins had better at Ribby Hall.... you could use the thermal spa for 2 hours we didnt bother found it dark and not very appealing .. loungers hard and uncomfortable to lie on needs a refurb in my opinion ... Evening Meal again the menu was only certain items included in the package if you wanted anything else you paid to upgrade.. we did this on certain items .. my steak ribeye was perfect not cheap though supplement of almost £10 plus sauces.. my friends said theirs was tasty too.. service was ok nothing special... breakfast again Ive had better would be nicer to order than buffet style.. sausages tasty though.. very annoyed if i wanted a latte instead of a white coffee i had to pay .. most hotels its included Titanic its frothy milk very disappointed... would I go back NO... Ribby Hall is far better.. service is better.. spa more luxurious/ treatments.. rooms better as accommadate 4 in a suite .. the little extras are better..Titanic you could learn a lot from Ribby Hall
"Luxury in Liverpool"
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at The Titanic hotel and it is one of the best I have stayed in. I have stayed in a superior double room and the quality of the room size, the decor, and cleanliness is fantastic! The beds are huge and are really comfy. In room facilities are good as well with luxury toiletries, bottled water, tea/coffee making facilities, and sky TV with SkySports. Yes the hotel is considered a lot more expensive than other hotels that are located in the city centre but they do not offer the same quality and service that the Titanic hotel offers. The hotel itself is situated about a 5 minute taxi ride to the city centre which is no hassle at all and over looks the Stanley docks. The hotel itself is "Titanic" themed and the decor in the lobby is cultured, contemporary, modern and slick. The hotel have combined old and new to give it a tasteful modern look. The hotel has a rum bar which serves so many rums it is unbelievable all at a reasonable cost. Also other drinks, spirits and coffees are available. My favourite was the breakfast, I am a food lover and can say my eyes are too big for my belly. The breakfast area is of an ok standard, personally I think the waiters could do more to clear the tables a bit quicker, but both times I have stayed we have gone down to breakfast about half 10 so maybe it was because breakfast was coming to an end!' The food itself is really Good and toast and is a buffet style breakfast and is really tasty. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying in Liverpool with a bit of quality and luxury. Yes you are paying more but you are definitely getting value for money! Will definitely be returning again.
"Superb hotel in Liverpool"
Stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Staff are marvellous, friendly and efficient. The rooms are huge and cleanliness second to none. My wife and I cannot wait to return and although this was our first visit we now wouldn't stay anywhere else. So good we drove home discussing when to return. Thank you to everyone at the Titanic.
