The hotel is also conveniently located just 20 minutes from Liverpool airport. There’s so much to do in the Liverpool city region. Liverpool has world-class attractions, a proud sporting history and beautiful coast and countryside. Families will also have a great time in Liverpool with lots of attractions suitable for all ages. The museums, libraries and galleries have regular family-friendly events and exhibitions on. The Titanic hotel is ideally located for such attractions.

I have just stayed in the titanic hotel, lovely supper in the restaurant, very chic hotel with the most charming staff,it's hard to pick just one member of staff however Michael at reception went the extra mile to help me with future bookings and spa treatments, very professional friendly memeber of staff.
"Great hotel minutes from City Centre"
I can imagine a lot of people drive to this hotel and think how run down the surrounding area is of the hotel. Sure the area is very near a working busy dock land but it is also in the heart of an area set for major regeneration starting with the opening of luxurious duplex apartments across the dock at The tobacco warehouse. The hotel itself is within the old rum warehouse and has been fantastically and tastefully restored. The hotel staff are dressed in a casual manner, very professional and efficient. The hotel itself is large and we were very lucky to be upgraded to one of the three presidential suites. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all mod cons. The rooms are simply massive. Certainly the biggest rooms I have ever stayed in. If you fancy somewhere a little different you won't be disappointed staying here and don't be put off by the immediate area.
"A must visit Hotel!"
Start with the location, just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night but close enough for a short taxi into the City centre if you can drag yourself away from this gem of a hotel. Amazing superior room - cannot believe someone complained it was to big - huge bed, huge bathroom just superb. Wonderful staff, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. I have stayed in a lot of the city centre hotels including The Hilton and Hard Days night but this tops the lot! We will be returning as soon as we can and this will definitely now be our first choice stay.
The hotel came unto and surpassed expectation. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were extremely helpful. The room was great absolutely enormous, the bathroom superb. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want and very well cooked.
I don't know where to start! The hotel is breathtaking from the moment you approach in the car with large pillars creating an opening to a walled entrance and cobbled car park. Ample parking is available with perfect views of the hotel and its gorgeous brick and metal framed windows (big industrial theme throughout). Inside the hotel is ambient lighting, extremely friendly and professional staff as well as exceptionally well planned decor. There are lots of hints of the titanic ship as well as different very tasteful pieces of history about the docks themselves. Everything was explained to us upon check in and we found our room no problem. The hallways in the hotel are huge! This was great for me as it meant we never heard a sole walking the corridor or past our room or entering their own. The room! The room was outstanding! We had a superior double with dockside view and I cannot recommend it enough! We had a gorgeous king size bed, 3 sofas, 2 huge windows overlooking different angles of the dock, both with large window seats. A dining area, tv and dressing area and a bathroom fitted fantastically! There was a large stand alone bath, separate shower unit and his and hers sinks. Everything looked brand new and very recently refurbished/ well maintained. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant for ease, called down to reception and they gave us our choice of times (Monday evening). The bar to the restaurant is rum themed (rum warehouse attached) and the staff give off an amazing smart casual vibe. The food! The food was stunning, wide ranging and extremely reasonable for the standard we received. My husband had steak and I had chicken as well as Camembert to start which were all faultless! Large portion of peppercorn sauce was greatly appreciated! The staff were very attentive and other than the bill we waited for nothing. We stayed for one night and so saw very little of Liverpool simply because we did not want to leave the gorgeous room! Breakfast at the hotel was faultless, again extremely wide ranging. Although canteen style for the cooked food, it was still classy somehow and good quality. We will 100% be returning at some point and in a week have recommended it to so many others! Thank you very much guys, absolutely brilliant!
