"Very nice and convenient"
Stayed here with friends for five nights. Service was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms light and clean. Could not fault them. Hotel is also very close to centre so you can walk everywhere. Would recommend.
"An oasis in a beautiful city"
This is a beautiful hotel, extremely well maintained, managed and staffed by fantastic people who want to make your stay in Palma as perfect as possible, helping with maps and places to eat. The rooms are immaculate, filled with crisp white linen, comfy pillows, bathroom has lovely toiletries in. The location is fantastic, you’re right on the main “Carrer de Sant Miquel” which then leads you down to Placa Major, then you can easily carry on towards Catedral de Mallorca.
As many have said previously, this is a delightful hotel situated in a peaceful location but within easy walking distance to busy shopping area and very and convenient for travel on the train, buses and town centre. Also very convenient for travel to and from the airport. (Bus No 1 or taxi) Rooms are spacious, clean and bright, especially those overlooking the pretty courtyard. Staff at this hotel must be the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we have stayed in abroad. Please try and ignore the access road which is used as a toilet by both pigeons and humans! The hotel try their best by hosing down the road most days..
"Close to everything"
We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. Nice big room and a fine bathroom - loved the rain shower. Close to the bus and train station. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel - and close to lots of the tourist attractions.
"Where's the charm' Hang on....where's the breakfast! "
I was really looking forward to staying here having read the reviews. The night receptionist Mustafa was very pleasant and helpful. My room, number 6 lower ground floor, was very disappointing. I was travelling solo but the room had a hostel feel with three beds. The decor was scruffy and the large window opened directly onto a side alley which meant you could never open the curtains. Shower was good though! The next morning I arrived mid way through breakfast service but there was no food! When I say no, there was three slices of white pan bread and some melon. No fresh bread, cheese, ham, fruit, eggs..... Everything was empty. It wasn't like the place was packed although there was a group if German visitors who got nothing but coffee! I asked the girl serving was there more food coming and, clearly stressed out by the whole thing, she said it wasn't her fault she was on her own. With all due respect it wasn't my fault there was no breakfast! Reception said there was more coming. 45 minutes later I was handed a plate with some processed meat and a stale roll. War time rations. I asked at reception could I get reimbursed for the breakfast of €14, instead of using their head and limiting the damage, they said I must get in to the website I booked with. Bad move. Give me the money and an apology and you have sorted the problem..... Will never stay in UR hotel again as a result.
