We were lucky enough to get a good winter deal for two nights and, after our first night, extended our stay to five nights. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable room and a very convenient location as we were getting the train out to Inca every day. Easy walk in to the center of town in a few minutes.Comment of W. Andrew , United Kingdom the 2016-01-15
"Good value for money but rooms looking a bit tired!"
This is our third time staying at this hotel! Whilst it's very reasonable and in a great location the rooms are starting to look a bit shabby. I can't fault the staff or service this is excellent as always and the reception and communal areas look great but our hotel room looked a little bit worn. The walls could to with a fresh lick of paint and the carpets are looking rather old. The shower in the bathroom was not working properly it just slides down the whole time. It's a real shame as we probably wouldn't stay again even though the location is perfect!
"STYLISH & CENTRAL"
A weekend break - Sun to Wed - in mid November. A simple, straightforward hotel that is stylishly decorated in a contemporary manner. Our room was of a great size and the bed was particularly comfortable. A shower and surprisingly a bath - I love to have a relaxing bath. In an ideal world there would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room but lots of cafes nearby. This is a short break destination that serves just breakfast and a very limited range of room service but the city starts at the hotel door. Location is the biggest strength - next to the bus and train station and where the old city starts. About a mile from the port and the Cathedral. Would happily study again for a Winter break. Maybe a hotel with a pool and outdoor space for a Summer break.
"Lovely Adult Only hotel."
The staff at this Hotel are very friendly and helpful, the Hotel itself is clean and they have a lovely breakfast room. The rooms have everything you could want, only problem we found was the bed we stayed in on this occasion needs a new mattress. The Hotel is in a fantastic location for shopping dinning and sight seeing, we both choose to explore on foot rather than grabbing a bus everywhere but be warned, wear comfortable shoes. We both said we would come and stay again for the 3rd time next year.
We chose this hotel for its location as we wanted to use the orange train to Soller, we booked a superior room and we arrived at just gone 11am. The staff were so nice we had the room on arrival which a bonus, the location is great, easy walk into old town and next door to train/bus station. The staff were wonderful, particulalry a lovely guy think his name in Roberta he was on on Sa afternoon, he was so nice and great fun. I would highly reccomend this hotel for location lovely room(1702) with balcony and great breakfast if we come to Palma again we would chose this hotel
We chose this hotel for its location being close to the centre of 'old Palma' and adjacent to the transport terminal for busses and trains and in particular the train to Soller. We were not disappointed, 15 minute walk through the old town to the Carthedral. We had a superior room which was superior in size. The hotel is ' boutique', adults only and has good décor, cleanliness and a friendly front desk. The breakfast buffet was excellent too with hot or cold selections. However, a couple of negatives to be aware of, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and only one English speaking TV channel - BBC World (News). As there is no evening restaurant/bar a coffee machine in the small lounge would all it take to make this definitely a 4 star hotel. There are plenty of bars/cafes in the Plaza opposite which I would recommend for evening meals.
