"What else do you expect from Ibiza'"
My wife and I, stayed in Ushuaia Tower for three nights during our honeymoon trip to Europe which were definitely the best nights. Thank you Silvia Alonso for great surprise, bottle of Champagne and most delicious macaroon and chocolates you set in our room for celebrating our honeymoon :) . Ushuaia is exactly the heart of Ibiza and all it's events. In the first night we enjoyed Armin Van Buuren closing party in Ushuaia club with our priority access by showing the bracelet which reception gave to us at the time of our entrance, it was really fabulous. Definitely come back.
I found the venue to be very expensive and I could not believe it when they were charging 9 euros for a bottle of water. I found the security to be very hostile and they were acting like bullies. The music was excellent however.
We were lucky enough to spend 12 nights in the Fashion Victim Suite, in the tower, at the beginning of September. What a fabulous hotel, made all the better by the completely charming and attentive staff. I should mention Alma, Amarice, Selina, David and Fernando but they were all awesome, including the lovely ladies who made our room up every day. Every fork full of food we lifted in the hotel was fabulous. We are lucky to spend a lot of our weekends in some of London's best restaurants so our expectations of food are high. None of the restaurants at Ushuaia let us down. Amazing steaks, seafood, pasta, sandwiches and so on. All washed down with loads of Veuve Clicquot Rich, which was always beautifully served with ice and fruit. Access to the club every night was a bonus with amazing performances from Ants, Armin van Buuren and Nervo being part of the highlights of our holiday. Yes, this hotel is expensive. But we left feeling we had got value for every penny we spent there. 12 relaxing, hedonistic days of pure pleasure. Absolutely awesome. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Ushuaia.
Where do I start, this place is mental! We went for a two night minimoon as our honeymoon was a couple of months off, we had a stage view room and couldn't recommend it enough, partying on our balcony over the VIP area watching Guetta and Hardwell was amazing! The place is so chill throughout the day and a truely luxury experience at every touch point. Then 5pm comes and it goes off! Almost like a festival every day of the week in the club area. We had the unexpected breakfast too, the first thing that was unexpected was the price I thought €50 for breakfast was a bit steep, until we got in there, buffet of everything you can imagine, and champagne, a few highlights of it were steaks, kebabs and caviar. I wont tell you everything else or it wont be a surprise :) If you're looking for Ibiza on a budget, this isn't the place, it's expensive, really expensive, but well worth it as a treat, and if you want to save a few euros and have a stage view room grab some drinks from the Spar and bring them back before 5pm. Top Tips • You have to leave a €300-€400 deposit upon arrival you can put breakfast or drinks against this throughout your stay though • Do try the unexpected breakfast • Check-in can be a bit mental • Check out Secret Ibiza tours with Pat to see a bit more of the island
"Loved it all!"
It may be considered expensive but you do get a lot for your money. Easily one of the best hotels in Ibiza, maybe even the world. I will be back. The better acts are there mid-July but it does cost more to stay there. Planes fly directly over the hotel all day and night but is easily drowned out by the banging tunes.
