Before I left I cut my arm on your broken towel rack. The room was way too small for the price that I paid. They look way bigger on your website. You also should update your tv's. The one in my room looked old and the picture quality was not good.
"Enjoyable stay in a lively part of town"
We spent our anniversary here recently. We had dinner reservations at Kin Khao (around the corner) and theater tickets at the Golden Gate (a couple of blocks away), so we chose the hotel out of convenience. The staff were all very nice. The second-floor room was compact and clean. Our window looked out on an unattractive tableau of grimy walls and exhaust chimneys, so we kept the drapes closed. :-) Retrieving the car from valet parking was not quick, but that's not surprising given that the hotel is on one of SF's busiest streets. We would gladly visit again but will ask for a room higher up in the building.
The hotel and staff were awesome. The room and bathroom were small, but worked for my daughter and myself. When checking in we were asked if we wanted "street side or quiet", we opted for quiet and we didn't hear any noises. The restaurant was very good also. We would definitely stay again.
"Terrible service and respect for the customers"
We had some issues with the credit card and the way that they support us was terrible. They shows lack of respect. Never help us and never give up an option to solve the issue. In fact they deny the acces to the room
"Not worth for money to stay here"
Bad experience, staff not friendly. Room quality is under expectation. Once we have checked in there was no executive room (that we have booked) available. The front desk offer us a breakfast coupon worth $10 instead. And then they gave us a standard room, which they confront us that it cheaper than executive room $10 (which is the same amount he gave the breakfast coupon). However, they put us in room for disable people, which have bigger shower but the room was not what we have expected. Back to the breakfast coupon, it said the breakfast is start from 8:00am. However, on Sunday we went to the restaurant around 8:30, the waiter said they are open yet, they open at 9am (the front desk didn't know they have change the open time as well) so we had decided to have our breakfast somewhere else so we went back to our room to get our camera. Just about 8:45 we walk through lobby and pass by the restaurant and found out that there are many guest in the restaurant with the same waiter who just refused us 10 minutes ago. Over all experience here was nightmare. Room quality was low, Service very poor.
