"Lovely pool in quiet end of town"
Well this holiday did not get off to the best of starts. Room we booked (being a double) was not available... so they said sorry we have to give you twin beds, well what could I say!! so off to our first room we went. After spending 5 mins there I said no I'm not staying in this room that smells of smoke, so i returned to reception and said i had requested a NO Smoking room, so they moved us immediately without drama. After our 1st night in this room which I should add was a superior ground floor room, I really wanted to leave. The beds were rock hard, bathrooms tiny etc.... I spoke to reservations and advised of my list of concerns and the staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a vey comfortable pool side room, which I would highly recommend if you are booking here. Spend the extra and upgrade from the basic room. Staff are nice, pool is lovely with a swim up bar and has happy hour late afternoon. The bus is 10baht to downtown where all the action is, however everything you need is just outside the entry to the resort. Restaurants, money exchange, coffee shop, and massage places. We did enjoy our short stay, once we settled in to our new room. Wifi at hotel is very slow and tv choice is limited if you are into that.
"Perfect Retreat in a Chaotic City"
I stayed here for two weeks and it was sheer bliss. The hotel staff were incredible, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were stunning, every square inch was spotless and the balcony overlooked the pool area which was surrounded by beautiful palm trees. I noticed the hotel was very quiet but when you spend a lot of time in downtown Pattaya, you appreciate coming back to the quietness of this wonderful hotel. The hotel staff will tell you everything you need to know and directions to where you want to go and they also have a list of excursions and activities you can book if you wish. The food is excellent and the drinks are made to perfection. Location is probably it's biggest plus, as soon as you walk outside, baht buses fly past and will take you right into Pattaya within about 10 minutes if even. Biggest attraction closest to the hotel would be The Tiffany Show, worth a watch. Couldn't recommend this place enough! If I came back to Pattaya, I would stay here again!
We stayed here for a week. Had an amazing time here! The staff was very polite and helpful. They have a really beautiful pool with a poolside bar as well. The rooms are well maintained and clean. It has a great location as well. I highly recommend this place if you plan on coming to Pattaya.
"Great hotel with a great location"
Woodlands is on the northern edge of town so nicely removed from the chaos of Pattaya, but close enough to easily catch a Baht Bus down the main drag. Service is fantastic, food is great, and the swim up bar is amazing for lazy afternoons... I am at the Woodlands at least once a year... combination of work & leisure.
Staying here at the moment its a beautiful hotel with loverly staff pool is also nice staff polite and friendly can't do enough for you will Def br back next year plenty of restaurants and bars in the area so if you want a relaxing holiday woodlands is the hotel for you 😍😍
