"Great hotel,close to everything"
Spent 4 days with family. Evrything is ok, exept the parking fee of 28eur/daily. Hotel should think about changing that policy. In my opinion parking must be free of charge for hotel guests. Will come back😀
"A fantastic hotel!"
A wonderful hotel tucked away in a quiet street in central Prague! All staff working at the hotel were very polite, approachable and helpful, speaking good English. In particular the receptionist at checkout (3.45am on 18/2/17) was very helpful - we spoke to him the night before about getting us a taxi for our early departure and in the morning it was all ready and waiting for us (no waiting around at all!) He came from behind the desk, took our bags and saw us off in the taxi. He even packed us a breakfast up to take to the airport. Exceptional service. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily to a high standard. At times rooms could be a little warm but it was bearable with Prague temperatures! There was some construction work going on next to the hotel which I was worried about noise when arriving, but we only heard the noise if we opened the window, and most of the time when we were in our room work had stopped for the day or hadn't started yet so it didn't bother us at all. Mini bar had acceptable rates and safe use was free. Tea and coffee facilities available in rooms! Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and open from 6.30-10.30 so suited everybody's schedules. We also ate in the Noodles restaurant one of the nights and it was delicious food, reasonably priced and fantastic service from waiters. We also had drinks in the lobby bar most nights where again, drinks were reasonably priced, friendly bar staff and was a great way to wind down after a day of sightseeing! Location is fairly good - on a side street so away from the noise but close enough by walking distance to most attractions. We walked everywhere. Furthest walk for us was Prague castle taking around 30 mins. A lovely hotel - would recommend to anyone visiting Prague who wants a quiet hotel but somewhere which is close to the City's attractions!
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Room was a decent size, cleaned daily to a very high standard and had a small minibar. Breakfast had nearly every food you could need, including a omelette and waffle station. The 'Noodles' restaurant had a huge selection of foods from a variety of countries and a varied drinks menu, service was great here too. The bar staff were helpful and a selection of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails were available at a reasonable price. Staff were polite and happy to assist with any query in perfect English, they even offered us a free breakfast box as we were on a very early morning departure. It's not often I have no criticisms about a hotel, but in this case there were none.
Absolutely fantastic hotel.stayed here for four nights 13th to 16th February 2017.very central location and easy walking distance to all the main Prague attractions.Hotel spotlessly clean and our room .Maid service every day who would change towels and bed linen if you requested (we didn't think of the environment ). The breakfast consists of cheeses hams pastries cereals and fruit aswell as sausage eggs and bacon all buffet help yourself style. They also cook to order fresh omelettes with whatever ingredients you choose.I could not fault any of the staff from front of house to the maids in the rooms service areas they all speak fluent English and all excelled in the duties to ensure we had a fantastic stay at the Yasmin.Next time I visit Prague I would certainly stay here again.
Nice hotel with a central location close to Wenceslas Square and the main train station. Staff are all fluent in English and very willing to help. On arrival one of the rooms allocated to us was already in use by another guest and this was not discovered until we went into the room and found all their belongings in there. Staff were very apologetic and gave another room straight away shortly followed by a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The hotel is clean and well equipped with comfy beds and power showers. We only used the restaurant for breakfasts which were fantastic. A full selection of hot and cold foods, omelette station, waffle bar, cereals, pastries and hot and cold drinks. This was exactly what we needed to set us up for a full day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back again
