This hotel is ideally located for many of the visitor attractions in Chicago. As a regular business traveller who spends more than 50% of my life in hotels, I have very high expectations and I can truly say that all my expectations were met and even exceeded at this hotel. By US standards, some of the standard rooms are a little compact, but this is a small price to pay for all the other benefits of staying at the Sofitel. The hotel's biggest asset is surely the staff who are attentive without being intrusive and very friendly, helpful, effecient and effective at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any discerning business or leisure traveller.

M. Brown, Reino Unido el 13/04/2012Fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were all very friendly and professional, in particular Lise on reception and the concierge, Bernard. The room was very clean, nicely decorated with a wonderful bathroom and huge shower. A great finishing touch was the L'Occitane toiletries! I would definitely stay there again!
