"Hotel de golfe. Otimo para familia"
Bom quarto, hotel amplo, muito bem cuidado, apesar de antigo. Bom para criancas e muito proximo ao Shopping Biltmore Fashion. Estacionamento coberto. Unico ponto negativo em minha estadia foi ver uma gaiola grande com passaros ao lado do Concierge !
Fiquei neste hotel há vários anos, em uma viagem de negócios. Excelente! Quarto espaçoso, bem decorado e restaurante muito bom, apesar de caro. Legal que em frente havia um grande shopping, o que facilitou a estadia. Valeu!
Hotel fantastico mas velho. Preciso de uma boa reforma nos quartos e lobby. As areas de lazer e a propriedade sao incriveis, o servico eh de um hilton padrao. Nao entendi a taxa de resort cobrada na epoca, me pareceu um tanto exagerado.
Excelente hotel, apesar da idade é espaçoso quer na áreas comuns quer nos quartos, vários serviços disponíveis, piscina, aquapark, golf. Bastante bom para a realização de eventos e devido as suas dimensões é capaz de albergar simultaneamente quem queira ferias familiares com sossego, sem causar QQ distúrbio. Distante de pontos de interesse recomenda-se viatura para deslocações, o parque de estacionamento tem sempre espaço. Vários restaurantes que abrangem varios tipos de culinária.
"Beautiful hotel and grounds, but not a 5 star experience"
We stayed at the Arizona Biltmore last November. First the positives (which are many!). Hotel and grounds are beautiful, pools very clean and welcoming, food was good and staff friendly, for the most part. We had a tour of the place and learned a great deal about it's rich history, gentleman giving tour was very knowledgeable. Couple negatives - upon check-in, we asked about the possibility of upgrading our room. Most hotels, especially the nicer ones we have stayed in, will usually upgrade you as a courtesy if they have enough availability. The young woman checking us in spent at least 10 minutes going through a large binder of rooms while cross-checking ones that were ready, only to inform us that she would be happy to upgrade us if we paid her an additional fee per night (over $100 per night extra!). We declined, and then she informed us that no standard rooms were available and we would need to wait until one was ready. We were checking in before the actual check in time so I have no way of knowing if she was being honest or not. But I will say that speaking to several other people that were staying at the hotel the same time as us, we learned that several of them were upgraded for free to beautiful rooms on the property, some without even asking, so that they could get right into a room without waiting. It seems to me a hotel should either do this across the board or not do it at all. Additionally, when we checked in, approximated 20 minutes later a maid entered the room with her master key, without knocking first. Luckily we were just unpacking and were fully dressed. She retrieved a bottle of cleaning fluid she had left in the room, but did not apologize for walking in on us. Certainly not acceptable. Other than that, our experience was good, although I'm not sure we will return here the next time we are in Phoenix.
