Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort, a splendid Renaissance residence dating back to the beginning of the 13th century, overlooks the
Mugello Valley, north of the magnificent city of Florence. Situated on a hilltop with a great panorama, the estate is immersed in a 120 hectares lush park with secular olive trees, providing an excellent quality organic extra-virgin olive oil.
A refined hotel has been created out of the loving restoration, which has been carried out with full respect for the structural form and original materials of the building. The rooms and suites in the converted villa, in the annex and in the old dairy in front, preserves the ancient fascination of the residence, thanks also to the period furnishings: antiques, lighting, paintings, prints and other works of art.
Traditional Tuscan cuisine and a special Olive Oil Menu are served to guests dining at the L'Olivaia Restaurant featuring stylish inner rooms, characterized by fabulous painted wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and impressive stone window frames, and a striking outdoor panoramic terrace.
