Great position for shopping and city centre.. The room was well equipped and bedrooms comfortable.. The bathroom was clean but in need of maintenance - various tiles were discoloured and the bath plug would not seal correctly..
Rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast was very good with a great selection on offer. Only complaint was that we booked a table for dinner and requested a round table for our meeting. When we arrived for dinner our table had been given to another group and there were no other suitable tables available. Wasn't impressed by the attitude of the duty manager when we complained about this. All was not lost as we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the grill on the alley.
Very happy with our stay at the Arora Hotel Manchester. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean, the only disadvantage was, that the windows cannot be opened. our room was quiet and compfortable. the location is great, in the centre of manchester
"NOT bad, but not very helpful staff"
Could've been much helpful if the staff spoke more thoughtfully to NON English speaking travelers. Too much restriction and limitation on the paper works, such as applying a change in payment method after payment is made..
I was chosen for 'guest of the day' and upgraded to executive suite. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the facilities were lovely. The hotel is a short walk away from Piccadilly and is close to town, train and tram stations and Manchester Universities. It was also very quiet for such a central location.
