"Makes you feel like you're in the lap of luxury"
This hotel was booked through our Viking Tour and we had the most wonderful time. The service was 5 star. Anything we needed was met immediately. They steered us to great restaurants around, knew where to go, what to buy and best places to see. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable and very generous with food. The hotel and dining places were clean, neat and tidy, and beautiful. Our beds were so comfortable and the rooms were large. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location everything within walking distance lovely hotel large bedrooms , friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Booked a couple of concerts via reception the one in Micaels monastery only had six people there Shame as the artists were good but you can't tell it's a monastery it's a function.room on first floor building down an alley! The other concert was Vivaldi four seasons in st clementine this was an awesome venue and lots of people however I only recognised two pieces of music. It too high brow for me but great if you are a lover of classical music Would defknate recommend a walking tour we did free one arranged by airport transfer company our guide Ross was fantastic Loved Prague
"Great hotel in good location"
Apart from the really comfortable room we have been upgraded to, the best thing about this hotel is the bar and restaurant. The food is really outstanding, well prepared and tasty. From the exquisite duck to the club sandwiches. The concierge is very helpful. Within walking distance of the main squares.
"Amazing Hotel with Excellent Staff! Looking for a memorable stay' Then the choice is Art Nouveau.."
Me and my fiancee selected this hotel as we decided to get married in Prague. We booked the room at the last minute but we did not know that we would be that well accomodated. We were welcomed by champagne and free mini bar-- unlimited while we are still fascinated by the hotel architecture and taste! Then from breakfast service till cleaning and evening chocolate services, we continued our stay with utmost pleasure. Everyone we talked was very helpful and everyone tried their best to help us and make our stay memorable at any moment: We thought one of the lights was not working, someone checked in 5 mins and fixed it. In breakfast, though there is a coffee machine, we were asked and served fresh coffee with cream on top prepared for us! We needed a baby chair for the dinner at the last minute and they found us and rented to us with no cost. When we were carrying things, there is always someone helping us in no time even though that person is not the doorman. The list continues but if you want to have a memorable stay in the heart of Prague and give yourself a treat, go for Art Nouveau, you won't regret it!
"Not a 5 star hotel"
My expectations were quite high based on the feedback left on Trip Advisor, which most likely meant that I was left a little disappointed with this hotel. We initially were given a twin room, when I asked for a double on two occasions. This was resolved by the hotel though. The location is excellent, and so is the breakfast. The rest of the facilities I would argue are more suited to that of a 3 or 4 star hotel unfortunately. I would still stay here again, but don't be misled by some of the 'excellent' reviews.
