"Good business hotel "
I recently stayed at the Caesar Business hotel and found it to be a very good hotel for business. Wifi worked fine, the employees at the front desk spoke English and so did the person who took my room service order. The breakfast was also convenient and had lots of choices. This is a great choice if you need to be in the area,
"Problems again at caesar Business Vila olimpis"
It was 2nd time I went to this hotel and again had problem. At check in I had to change 3 times my room (going up and down in the elevator) because the hotel did not reserved the correct room that I've booked 2 months ago. Moreover, staff tried to say that I had booked the wrong room trying to put me in another one. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.
"Need more personal touch at the front desk"
Hotel is great. But personnel in the front desk is not quite in the customer service excellence required for a Hotel its class. I had to hurry my exit due to a business meeting. Asked for a pre/check out prepared. By the time I was hurrying out, there was not pre/checkout. The lady went away without telling the guys in the next shift.
"Excellent business hotel"
Stayed there for a conference held next door. Clean and updated room, nice shower, great breakfast. Location is perfect for business and some amenities nearby. Staff is welcoming. The hotel restaurant is good and cool.
"Adequate but no personal touches anywhere"
The hoel is located in a small strip of more hotel brands. As usual the entrance suggests a bit more than the actual room itself. Facilities are adequate, room size the same, bathroom OK, etc. In fact nothing really wrong with it.I used both room service (which took about 40 min to serve an acceptable burger with french fries that don't really deserve that description) and the ironing service that was just fine. I missed a swimming pool! TV channels are OK. But what struck me most was the fully unpersonal treatment of me as a guest. Be it at breakfast or coming in late in the evening passed the front desk, it seemed that nobody was interested at all of my presence. The front desk did not even look up from his cell phone, even though i was the only guest in the lobby. The friendliest look I received during my 4 nights stay was from the room maid. Bless her!
