All personnel from all areas is customer satisfaction focused. I received wonderful treat and so respectful feedback always from everybody. I congratulate Hilton for having this personnel as real assets for your brand.
Great place! Very clean and everything is new with very nice finishes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Entrance is very complicated to find though, and it is very difficult to find exit to the little garden at the front.

I luckily stayed in the hotel only one night. In my room hot water was not available (!). I could not manage room temperature and room was very cold during the night. The small door of the safe box was really hard to open as was installed closed the wardrobe door. I had to struggle 15 minutes to find a way. Breakfast was poor as well. Hotel is under renovation but it does not mean that guests have to pay for it without any service.
The hotel service was first class! The entire staff was always very attentive and did everything in their power to make our stay a special one. Many thanks to all of the DoubleTree front line staff for the memorable hospitality given to my family and me. Un Abrazo
We were warmly welcomed by Mariano and were "upgraded" to a room at the top floor since we asked for a quiet room away from the construction site which is this hotel. It is located in Santa Fe. A bit difficult for UBER to find as the entranceway is around the corner from the front side. It looks like a spaceship. Our room was fine until I found out that it was not an upgraded room but a standard room in a high floor. We had an issue with the air conditoning unit. After an hour waiting for maintenance, the receptionist said that the A/C was not working. I was furious. Our "upgraded" room did not even have a functioning A/C. I asked for a manager and Mariano turned out. He was apologetic and seemed sincere. He said the reception staff did not know the A/C was not working at the time the assigned the room. He offered to make things right and showed be a renovated room. Moving out of our room would be inconvenient as we had already unpacked. Instead the hotel gave us a room with a working A/C accross the hall. It was similar to our original room but the A/C worked. They also promised some bonus HHonors points. I hope they deliver. On the good sid:. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Even the unreonvated "upgraded" room was fine. It was clean with a nice decor and spacious. The renovated room which we did not take was even nicer. I do not like being able to see the workers on the windows. They should blind the windows on the rooms that are under construction so the guests and the public at large cannot notice what is going on inside the construction site. An old hotelier friend of mine once told me that the most difficult part of running a hotel is trying a construction while still under operation. Sometimes there is no alternative as the revenues are needed. I would like to recognize Mariano for trying his best and particularly for accepting the hotel's fault and doing his best to fix it. That is good customer service under difficult circumstances.
