"Staff was very helpful"
My family had a really great time in this Hotel. Staff (Her name is Kate) was very kind and helpful. Room condition was perfect and breakfast in Belcancao was so good. I would like to stay in Fourseasos Hotel again.
"Best Hotel in the World"
Amazing property with incredible staff! Simply astonished every time I stay.. Staff all greet you by name and the restaurants are amazing. The spa facility is incredible and the pool area is like heaven on earth
We would like to recognize, as the brightest Shining Star, Ms. Kate Leong. While each member of your staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, Ms. Kate's passion was memorable. It was a pleasure to meet Man at the Concierge Desk, Gustavo Goncalves, Gil Maia Santos, the Servers/Chefs behind the counters at the Breakfast Buffet, and our Table Servers. Thank you all for you time and generosity. We look forward to returning to the Four Season Macau one day very soon.
"Brilliant slice of tranquiliity in recovering Macau"
Brilliant long weekend stay at the Four Seasons Macau. Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home (our little one was elated to be greeted at the cab stand by name with a stuffed toy). Folks were keen as beans to make up for any convenience as the complex (and most hotels) were still recovering from the damage wrought by Typhoon Hato (damaged pools/pool decks at most establishments that weekend). Possibly due to the storm, Macau was relatively quite but the hotel stands out in being connected to the Venetian + Sands shopping complexes but far enough from the the mall's actual crowds. The three functional pools were reasonably large and incredibly quiet (save my kid's TRex imitations). Would have never associated Four Seasons with "family-friendly" (in a good way!) but the staff here put end to any doubts. Edge protectors were spontaneously installed. Crayons, sketch paper and kiddie friendly food appeared. And the cutest pair of little red kiddie slippers + bathrobe I've ever seen. Definitely not family friendly in a Sheraton/Club Med sense, but all the better for mommy/daddy who want to unwind with a bit of class and style
"Disappointing best decribes the Four Seasons Hotel in Macau"
The staff are great, the hotel is clean and you get a good nights sleep. If you venture to the spa the facilities (sauna, steam room Jacuzzi) are defiantly worth a visit but thats where it ends. The rooms are small by Macau standards although the bathroom is large it lacks the pamper products. There are no extra facilities, the swimming pool is rectangular and boring for kids and some adults and the restaurants are overly expensive. Overall it's not value for money and seems to soley rely on the name. You can do a lot better in Macau for the money charged by staying at another hotel.
