We recently had birthday celebrations for 5 days at this hotel. We were a total of 42 guests from Denmark, Belgium and the UK. Although we are well travelled people we could not be more impressed with the staff at the hotel. From Chiara in Reservations to Rossana as day to day manager we could not be offered a better service from anyone. All staff made sure all our needs were taken care off from rooms, bar service to a private area on the beach for watersports. We held our Gala dinner in the hotel and here Tiziano our Maitre D’ made it an unforgettable experience both for the reception and dinner. However, one should not forget the new Chef Gaetano who served a meal that not many 3* Michelin restaurants would have been able to offer. We are convinced it will not be long before this restaurant will become the talk of Taomina Again we would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making our birthday trip unforgettable. "Luxury Beach Hotel Holiday"
Excellent hotel with professional, friendly staff. Our hotel room had recently been refurbished and was spotless. Room was cleaned everyday and beds turned down and towels renewed again each evening. The restaurant staff were lovely and we looked forward to practising our limited Italian each morning and evening at mealtimes. (Most of the staff spoke good English). We decided to book half board. (There are a few good restaurants and bars nearby if you decide to go B&B). The food in the hotel was mostly flavourful and beautifully presented, but obviously not trattoria food. We sat outside to eat which was wonderful. Dress code is long trousers in the evening for men and smart casual for ladies. Wine was from €30 , you could purchase by the glass but that was expensive and so we only did that on one night.A bottle of water €6.50. Everything is signed to the room so payment is at the end of the holiday. For breakfast there was a buffet where you could have everything from Continental breakfast, English breakfast, fruit, fish, healthy food bar, cereals, meats and cake, outside a chef was available to prepare freshly cooked food ie an omlette which was made to order. As soon as you stepped on the beach the attendants brought towels which they laid out on the comfy sun loungers, also positioning your sunbed in the shade of a parasol if you asked. Waiting staff were also available on the beach if you required drinks. The beach is shale and got hot even in early June. Beach shoes advised for the sea as there are quite a few rocks. There are a few shops very close to the hotel, including a pharmacy which we used to purchase cream as we got quite badly bitten. Also very nearby were shops where you could purchase water, wine and bread panini which were made to order. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

"Amazed with previously unknown part of lovely Italy"
We have been to numerous 5-star hotels in Italy and were pretty satisfied with them. However, this hotel turned our view upside down. The service was so wonderful, rooms were always clean and well prepared for bed with sweets. Kitchen staff seemed unbelievable, every dish on the menu is a unique masterpiece. Lifeguards were smiling all the time and lied sun beds at the blink of the eye.
