"Your go-to hotel in Bangkok"
We have come back to Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok maybe six or seven times in the past. It is always the location, quietness, cleanliness, fitness and pool facilities and great services which draw us back. The hotel has consistently been providing excellent return on value.
"Regretted... for not staying longer"
Grand Hyatt Erawan has always been my choice of hotel when in Bangkok. Excellent service, attention to details and beautiful room stocked with quality amenities. The newly renovated rooms are just so comfortable that we wished we had booked for more nights.
"Little slice of heaven in Bangkok"
I love this hotel. I have stayed many times and each time I am happy to see that the service remains excellent. Great location, great staff, great rooms. The executive lounge is an oasis of calm and a great place to sit awhile and enjoy a cool drink or a hot cup of tea. The evening canapés are substantial enough to make 'dinner' from! And, the breakfasts are delicious. But, what makes this hotel my 'go to' hotel in BKK are the staff. Consistently awesome!
"Grand Hotel with great atmosphere"
We have been to the Erawan for the third time. We especially like the atmosphere and the location in the middle of the town. The breakfast is good, the bakery in the lowery lobby is very good and the spasso night club with the live music is excellent.
"Great Bangkok Location"
Only had two days at the Grand Hyatt Erewan and wished it was longer. The Hyatt is a luxury hotel in the heart of the Erewan district. It is easy walking distance to a number of malls and markets so shopping and food are easy to find. We stayed on the Club level and took full advantage of the Regency Club. Excellent breakfast with a wide assortment of food and cooked to order eggs. Evening happy hour was excellent and could fill the need for dinner. Nice offerings of alchohol and wine. Service was excellent throughout. Easy to get a taxi to go anywhere and very good advice from the concierge about Bangkok tourism. Ate lunch at the You&Mee noodle shop in the hotel. Service was a little funky (dishes came out in no order that made sense), but food was very good. If you are going to be staying in Bangkok, this is a very good option. You can always stay on the river nearer to the Grand Palace, but we cabbed there and it was less than $5. Best aspect was the easy access to shopping. The Central World mall on the next block features two department stores and the usual assortment of food offerings from around the world.
