"Run down terrible beds"
We were very disappointed in this hotel the beds had terribly old linen that kept coming off exposing dingy old mattresses. When we arrived we found that parking was an additional 65 dollars a night. You have to call for a mini fridge or iron. Our shower leaked all the way out to the carpet. No counter space. As I say very run down.
"One of the best Hôtel in Chicago "
Trendy Hôtel with Music , very nice rooms and breathtaking view on Michigan (north Magnificent Mile and LAKE) You must go there Carbon and Carbide building that welcome the Hôtel is my favourite Chicago building and there is Competition !!!!
"Still #1 in my book"
My wife and I decided for a quick getaway to the Windy City last weekend. As always the only place to stay is at the Hard Rock Hotel. Onya McCall is the best to work with on reservations and anything else you might need. As for the others who work there, they are all dedicated caring people. Hope to be back soon!!
"Nice hotel, nothing special!"
Good location, rooms average but clean. Lobby very small, walking distance to many local restaurants and shopping. No parking or pool. Room had good lighting and bathroom was good size and clean. Nice TV
"Good value great location. "
This was a reasonable hotel right in great location. Parking is $65 a night. You actually enter the hotel on Wacker even though it has a Michigan Ave address. Across the street is a CVS for snacks. They have 2 restaurants and one of the best Jamaican food joints in the city. Spicy! The rooms are clean, remodeled, but still look a bit abused. They are decorated in greys and blacks so it's a bit dark. Overall I'd start here again. Especially if I took the train and didn't pay for parking
