"Convenient and Comfortable"
I've stayed in a number of hotels when visiting the Boston / Cambridge but this one has some nice advantages and will be my new go-to. Not sure if all the rooms have been renovated but I was on a higher floor and it was completely redone. Note, photos make the rooms look very bright but I found the decor to make the room look dark; not a big problem as it makes it easier to sleep so it was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable (and I usually don't sleep great in hotels but it was as noted, a great bed.) Plenty of space, good amenities. Service was quite good with a friendly front desk. Rooms with 000 are next to the elevator as was my room but it was actually very quiet. Starbucks in the lobby area is not a "real" Starbucks so not the full service you might expect but has a reasonable selection. Really close (just a walk through the Sheraton across the street) to the Prudential Ct. Mall: lots of food choices there (try Five Napkin). Easy parking, helpful front door men to help you grab a cab (or easy to get an Uber). Oh--and there's a pool (that I didn't have time to use.) So in short: easy to get around from here, comfortable, clean and good service. All set!
"Recommended for the poll and hot tub"
Every year we stay 3 November nights in Boston on business. At the start of the heating season, an indoor pool and hot tub are a big help with dryness! The pool is small but attractive and comfortably warm; the hot tub was a little too hot during our stay but still we used it every day and appreciated it very much. Room renovations are underway; we stayed in an un-renovated room which was perfectly acceptable. Staff terrific. Location great. Expensive; and expensive to park a vehicle ... but so are they all in that area.
"2nd time staying - Good but room looks old"
This is the 2nd stay in the hotel. The room is big and clean but looks old. Some of the higher floors are with more modern deco. The location is great, just opposite prudential centre with lots of food choices and shops. I was told the cafe near to the hotel (not in the hotel) is great. WiFi is terrible though. Seems like a norm for not providing bottled water so prepared to pay for it. For hilton members, you get 2 bottles free upon check-in only, not for the rest of the nights. Take bote, the check-in time is 4pm Do take note that the hotel charge $5 for 2nd parcel delivered, first parcel is free. I would stay there again if price is right given the location.
Very nice receptionists, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, happy to help with directions and recommendations, close to too many attractions and restaurants as well as shopping center and other shops. Room was small not what I️ expected not too many plugs to charge my stuff, I️ had to pick between my computer and phone. View from windows was disappointing ( at least my side). Starbucks closes at 2 pm !!!! So annoying I️ mean why do you even have it. All in all was good it is just not as good as The Hilton I️ know.
Outstanding service great location. We come to Boston three times a year and we always choose HILTON. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The prices have gone up in the past year but concedering you are in the center of everything I think it’s a bargain
