The staff inter relate very professionally with you and to you seamlessly. All ones needs are catered for under the one roof and the garden around the pool. The collection of guests from the hotel is well catered of at the drive up facility outside the front entrance. Visitors also have the use of the underground car park.

I stayed there for 2 months on a business trip. Except a few things, I can say that I had a pleasant stay. Staff in the restaurant is great. There was this lady named Mapule, she welcomed me with a cheerful smile every morning and made sure I was feeling at home there. Moreover, she went an extra mile and took me out on a weekend to watch a movie. Also, it was month of Ramadan during my stay and the restaurant staff made sure to provide me with in room dining at 4am each morning for Sehri which was an amazing thing for me being a Muslim guest. But there are a couple of things which need to be changed such as food and a little more attention from the cleaning staff.
I stayed here during June 2017. Had a very pleasant experience. My room was on fifth Floor and not on the road side. So it was quiet and comfortable one. Breakfast & room services are very good. Being vegetarian, my needs too were taken care of. Nice & Co-operative staff.
Booked a suite (still there) and arrived to no upgrade (i understand that is on an availability basis but strongly suspect they couldnt be bothered). The furniture was literally falling apart. The fridge wasn't working. No phone or any plug sockets in the lounge nor near the beds. Came home late last night to a room with my sons duvet gone. The night before two towels for 3 people. Cooked breakfast in the lounge served cold. Promised a new room and was told to return around 2 to view it. Arrived at 2.45pm and they couldn't even bother to attempt to have it ready. Management dont care and have made no attempt to connect with me. Duty manager turned up outside my door which had a do not disturb sign so tjey called us to say she was outside with a fruit platter.....at 10.30pm after i had specifically called down and requested they did not disturb or call as my son was sleeping. Its a shame as i always enjoyed my stays here but enough is enough.

I appreciate the way Hilton Sandton went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and truly unforgettable...while I had a few mishaps and unpleasant incidences they were promptly resolved....the level of excellence in the hotel is second to none only area needing improvement is the service in the executive lounge
