Overlooking the lush Grosvenor Square, in the fashionable Mayfair, the Millennium Mayfair is 5min walk from the Bond Street and the nearest underground station, and 30min from Heathrow and Gatwick airports, with the open spaces of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens just a short stroll away.

Excellent location in the middle of Mayfair and reasonable value for money. The room was comfortable enough although some parts of the hotel are a little bit dated. The wifi in the room was terrible and I generally had to resort to going down to reception to connect.
I booked a double room plus breakfast online on the 20.09.17 at a cost of £274.86 paid by Amex. Due to a sudden health issue I had to cancel yesterday 17.10.17 and spoke to Luca @ 9.45 am - he said that I was not entitled to any refund but would check and revert not that he has. This policy seems a little unfair and I would need to think again before booking some things happen in life unexpectedly ! I hope next time it'll better and cheaper, your hotel is really noisy, not very clean and very old ! also we ask for a croque monsieur in the pine bar (3 o'clock) and not possible, so many things to write but no time now
"2nd time here "
This is my 2nd time here I love this hotel because of the room size doesn’t makes you feel like the European style the tight spaces, here larger makes you feel like the American style with vintage touch of course the location very important which is few mints to reach oxfords street
Receptionist was rude to me on my arrival seemed surprised when I asked to check in. It was like she wasn't interested in me. She had an attitude like she thought she was better than me. Gives a poor first impression of the hotel.
