"Good Hotel in Great Location"
The hotel is in a great location for Oxford Street, Piccadilly and the West End of London. Very helpful staff. The piano bar is very good fun in the evening but do expect to pay central London prices.
I have been going to this hotel for the last 10 years and it has the perfect location from oxford street bond street hyde parc and 15 min walk to knightsbrigde.staff very friendly rooms are spacious and clean although outdated but overall great hotel recomend it highly.
"Very nice but has issues."
During a trip to London I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is essentially a good looking hotel in a nice area. I was slightly upset that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings but the bar was adequate. It was a little pricey for slightly above average bar food but the surroundings were nice and the atmosphere was relaxed. Now onto the room , it was a good size and provided everything you could need from combs, toothbrushes, slippers and all other amenities that you would usually expect including an in room expensive mini bar 😉. The bathroom had some loose tiles and some strange staining down the wall. Another bad thing was that I paid the extra for the Internet that didn't work. But to finish off I had room service breakfast which was prompt to when I ordered it and also tasted amazing.
"What a gem"
If you are looking at staying in Mayfair and not spending a ridiculous amount then this is the place for you. Go club room class for free snacks, drinks and breakfast. This was my second visit and can't fault it. The bar is also a great place to visit.
"High end hotel in great location"
The staff are helpful and well trained, the rooms are well furnished and the bars and restaurants are just fine. Sadly there is no atmosphere, no real feel of friendliness. It suits business folks and rich folks with too much money. Ordinary mortals would have a better time in Hilton.
