"Worst hotel of my whole trip!"
This NH hotel is such a disappointment. Our group of 12 had the worst experience staying at this hotel after our 2 week-long trip in South America. We stayed here for the last night. The rooms were the worst of all the hotels in this whole trip. My room looked like it had just recently been converted from a broom closet in the stairwell into a hotel room. There was an unpleasant smell. And the condition of the room was not up to par. There was water leaking from behind the toilet. And the floor was dirty and really sticky. The a/c wasn't working. All the hotels in our trip were all 4 star but this one I'm sure wasn't fit to be. Although the location is convenient, I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel even for one more night.
My room was ok, except window's curtain. in rest ok. Breakfast was delicious and the service excelent. It is neer to the central park and is very silence. I have ocasion to visit the "bazar" and local shops. Local citizanes are very kind and adorable.
"Easy to go to any place"
NH is a chain, however each hotel as a different tasty. Close to the hotel has a subway station, and bus stop, so it is very convenient to go to most of sightseeing places by public transportation. Hotel is clean, however I had a bad luck with the room. The window was to a floor between the building walls. The breakfast was good. Just complain about a request for eggs that the information to charge was in very little prints, hard to realize. Most of the hotel staffs were kind.
I am writing here hoping to get an answer to my emails related to an invoice correction. I have been following up for a month directly as well as through the travel agency and no one is responding!! Did the hotel close down since March 24 when I checked out'' Or is this the world class customer service practiced'' Also, the hotel is definitely not 4 stars, looks quite old, the reception gave me a different room than the one booked and now it is impossible to get a reply from them. So yes, based on the above I do not recommend.
"NOT THAT GREAT"
The property shows sign of ages. The rooms are very small, the air conditioning is a disaster, the bath rooms hardly fit a normal size person. The lobby is rather small. Breakfast mediocre. These would be all the negatives. On the positive side: GREAT LOCATION, in the heart of Buenos Aires. On an inspection site they showed me a junior suite and I was told there was nothing available to show me.
