幾日前同先生再次入住大倉酒店補祝生日及紀念日。不得不再點名多謝Mancy Yuan(Reservation Agent)及Cici Xu(Senoir Guest Relations Officer)呢2位萬分貼心既員工。首先由Mancy幫我預訂房間，連同Cici既所有安排，包括room decotaions, birthday cake, birthday and anniversary card, champagne and red wine, 特別要多謝既係提供左room upgrade(由尊尚豪華套房升級為皇室套房)比我地. 隨後到check in時，Cici仲專程落黎帶我地上房，亦係幾年來第可次同Cici見面。呢種貼心,窩心既服務, 我未係其他酒店感受過。入到房間，見到Cici親手為我地佈置既所有, 加上Cici發現我感冒, 專程走去拎檸檬同蜜糖比我, 仲幫我煲定熱水。 即時再次感受到佢地酒店係幾重視入住既客人。到check out, Cici亦有專程黎同我地say goodbye. 希望我地下次再黎，會有機會再見面。Thank you so much.
This hotel is absolutely stunning! The room was beautiful and with very modern amenities. We were given a free bottle of Chardonnay on ice to enjoy in our room which was very kind. The aqua deck is fantastic! Lazy river, beaches and slides to be enjoyed. Great place to stay if you have kids!
"Great location, great services though room was short of 5 star"
Pre-Arrival: - Prompt response to my inquiries on room preferences (e.g. non smoking room) During Arrival: - Prompt and friendly services during check in. Room Comments: - Though the room was on a non-smoking floor, there was a clear and distinct smell of someone smoked in the room. - Reported this matter to the hotel staff whom escorted us to the room and someone came to our room to do the needful to reduce the odour while we were out, smell was still there when we were back. We were tired and didn’t pursue further with the room change. - Besides the smell, the furniture & amenities were foundational (couldn’t really tell it’s a 5 star hotel setup). Check-out: - Smooth and quick.
"A Day in Relaxation"
After having spent one week's hard work, the best solution was to take a day off in the best hotel at one's choice. Arrived around 1 pm and was warmly received by the reception staff. As usual Japanese tea was served whilst undergoing registration and with the hotel compliment my room was upgraded from the junior suite to the king superior. Since the room was readily available, the reception staff accompanied me to my room on the 23rd floor and duly explained the special features of the room, which included a separate sitting room with wash room, one king size bedroom, a wardrobe room and one bathroom with separate steam shower and sauna rooms, an area good enough for one family. The rooms were of open view with electric blinds and curtains. The suite was normally located at the end of the corridor and would not be disturbed throughout. One could enjoy quiet relaxation with the facilities in the room; and if not satisfied, could attend the in door warm water pool, spa and massage on the 29th floor, the area was normally quiet throughout the day. My room package also included one high tea at the Lobby Cafe and semi buffet lunch on the 6/F Terrace Restaurant. In addition two compliment drinks were offered at the China Rouge, bar with live music. I first went down to the lobby cafe to enjoy the high tea, and then returned to my room to make use of the available facilities in order to get one totally refresh. On my return one free bottle of red wine and one set of Japanese tea were readily made available. In the evening proceeded to the city area for a good Chinese dinner (e.g. Shark fins, crab or lobster, famous dishes in Macau). Then returned to the Hotel and spent an hour in the casino playing slot machines. Before going back to the room, made use of the complimentary drinks (one glass of champagne) at the China Rouge. The following morning went down to the 6th floor for the buffet breakfast and returned to the room to enjoy the environment. As the staff extended my stay until 12:30 pm., I departed by such time and had my free lunch as scheduled. This was how I spent a day to get myself totally refresh in order to face the new tasks in coming weeks. The whole spending was only a few thousands (Hong Kong dollars). Lastly would like to extend my thanks to all staff of the hotel being most helpful and polite; and my special thanks to Wilson, a staff of the reception.
"Upset experience "
2weeks ago, I stayed 1night in Okura Macau. During night time, I called to In room dining to preorder breakfast, 1 set breakfast and 1 ALK, and 08:50hrs was the delivery time that I requested for, however, there is no one come to our room at 08:50, so we called to chase In room Dining at 08:55hrs, becoz my friend needs to go to work at 09:30, we are just afraid of do not have enough time to have breakfast. Finally, our breakfast arrived at 09:00hrs. I think timely service is must for a five star hotel. Last but not least, we found out that the set breakfast failed to provide the tea which should be contained in the set, so we have to call down ask for it again, then it took another 10mins to deliver the tea. My friend rush to finish the food and then just went to work, I would rather than go to somewhere else to have breakfast...
