"Great place to stay, close to sports arenas."
This hotel is a great location, within walking distance to sporting events. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and knowledgeable about the local fare.
"Really nice hotel"
This was a very clean and professional hotel for any traveler. Our convention event was handled beautifully and the ballroom was huge. The room service breakfast was pricey, but it was also a lot of food, and it was delicious, on time and still hot. The restaurant food was also delicious. And the staff were friendly in the restaurant.
"Fitness in Phoenix"
We where there to support my daughters 2nd professional competition (fitness pro. IFBB) . We needed to be close to the venue with little concern for parking. The normal Check out time would have forced one of the two of us to mis the final judging. The hotel resolved our issue by stowing our bags 💼
"Hyatt Regency in Phoenix"
Stayed here so to get ready for a wedding. It was difficult dealing with guest services to get an answer if we could do early check in. Check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am and they are unwilling to expidite room turn over. Besides that, rooms weren’t worth the price compaired to something like Talking stick resort.
"A Good Hotel with it's problems."
The regency is quite a nice looking hotel on the inside, although it does have a distinct early 2000s modern vibe. The rooms are nice, but the towels in mine were threadbare, the TP is the same you'll get in a budget inn or motel 6 (maybe worse), my coffee maker didn't work, and the alarm clock is one of those ihome 32-pin connector antiquities circa 2008. Service of all sorts was as expected for a hotel that costs about 200 dollars a night. The rotating restaurant on top is very cool, but maybe not worth the 60 dollars per person you'll end up spending on dinner. The breakfast buffet at networks is slightly above average and has a good selection of all things except waffles/pancakes/crepes. At 20 dollars I would call this breakfast a poor value for your money and would suggest you try one of the many excellent breakfast places within walking distance.
