Le Richemond is ideally located in the heart of the city, a few minutes walk from the main train station and 15 minutes by car from the International Airport. Sadly we only had one night at this lovely hotel. Staff are efficient and friendly. Very comfortable bar. Very pleasant atmosphere. Good rooms with outstanding marble bathrooms. Would certainly stay again.
Very convenient location - close to the lake, walking distance to the old centre as well the Central railway station. Luxury in many details, one can feel it! Sincere and professional service - reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Great example of genuine Swiss hospitality. Strongly recommended for business and pleasure stays.

We stayed here in June (so a bit late with the review) for 6 nights. Ideal location from the station and a short walk to the lake. Nice clean upmarket hotel. The staff were very friendly and happy to spend time to explain what to do and what to see in Geneva and the surrounding areas. Special shout out to Christoph at the Concierge. He would check with us every day what our plans were, check the weather and give us good advise
"perfect location, nicest service"
As many other visitors, we are coming back, after staying at this hotel recently. We came very early and thought that will have to wait for the room, but after explaining that we are coming from Philippines and a flight took us a full day, they found a room for us and even gave us an upgrade, so we can rest after a long flight. Location was very convenient for us . i had to use a train few times on this trip, and a train station is 10 min walk. On another hand, you are right on the lake and a bridge away from the centre . Service can not be better, everyone is friendly and helpful. We recommend this place to all our friends and hope to come back soon

Last week, I stayed at this hotel during conference. Arriving very late at night before my speech on the next day, I was shocked to notice that I had forgotten a pair of black socks. At first, I thought this is not a problem, especially if I only stand during the speech, but then I realized that a panel discussion would also follow, at which I would be sitting down, exposing my ankles. In the next morning, I called the Concierge to see if there were any shops open very early in the morning. Mr. Julien Croslan answered the phone – he immediately started thinking of solutions, making my challenge his challenge. This degree of customer focus is exceptional. Finally, after we both realized that there would be no shops open early enough to get a new pair of black socks before the start of the event, Mr. Croslan offered to bring up an extra pair of his own black socks that he held at the hotel. He did this is minutes. And I was blown away – this is one of the most beautiful customer experiences I have ever had in a hotel!
