"Lovely hotel with great facilities"
I stayed here from the 2nd to 7th of January with my 2 adult daughters. The room was a good size with a double bed and set of bunks (surrounded by a themed circus tent curtain) There was plenty of room for the 3 of us with a good sized bathroom, safe and coffee/tea making facilities. The lighting in the room wasn’t great for making up and I believe there may have been a spotlight missing by the main mirror in the bedroom. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not at all powerful and pretty useless even for short hair however, I always take my own so not a problem. Breakfast was great. A nice selection of both hot and cold food. We had to queue at busy times (9ish) but this was advertised with a timeline of when the less busy times were. The bar staff were very friendly and there were plenty of seats and tables in the large reception/bar area. Bar prices were expensive but with a captive audience nothing more than expected. The swimming pool was a little on the chilly side but bearable. Overall the hotel was lovely. The staff friendly and helpful (as you would expect from a hotel affiliated to Disney) The shuttle bus to and from the park was great, running all day however, if you have tickets with EMT be aware that the earliest bus doesn’t coincide with these hours, running in a little later than needed for making the most of the early park opening. I will definitely use this hotel again
"Perfect hotel for a Disney stay"
Visited 6/9th Jan as 2 couples.. had a really decent size room (3316) I’ve stayed here a couple times an this was the best room I’ve had. Also think it’s really nice how they give you a little bag to leave on your door which they fill with sweeties if you don’t want your room cleaning! Only 5 minutes on a shuttle from the hotel to the Disney entrance. We did really well for busses never waited more than 5 mins. Only had breakfast in the hotel, was really nice. Sausages were a little different to What I’m used too, they were chicken. But then again if you like chicken sausages then that’s all good! Pastry’s were amazing!! Yogurt, cereal, bread, ham, cheese etc was also available as the cooked stuff. Hotel was generally really clean, staff were very welcoming and always smiling. We arrived around 11am so couldn’t check in. But left our things in a luggage room which you needed a key for. Then checked in around 10.30pm as reception was 24hr. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone if you’re wanting somewhere close to Disney Land!
Having stayed at the Vienna Dream Castle a couple of years previous and was quite impressed we decided to try the magic circus hotel this time on our trip to Disney. Reception area and bar is quirky with its circus theme and the courtesy shuttle buses are great and for the price we paid for our stay was very reasonable but i would not recommend this hotel over the dream castle as the rooms were very small and in need of modernisation, the breakfast was poor and the pool was cold, small and nothing like they show on the website, their are no loungers at all just a couple of plastic chairs. To sum this up, refurb!
"Disney Circus Magic"
Just back from a three night stay, including breakfast here and cant fault it. Had a family room for myself and daughter, she loved the bunk beds and own Tv with pull around curtain. Also enjoyed the free sweets left by the maids on the door handle left in the bag if you decide you do not wish your room to be cleaned. The room, spacious with two Tv's including English channels, room safe provided, hair dryer provided also hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom in push dispensers. Ample towels and very clean. The hotel has plenty of vending machines on each floor for late night snack, and free ice machine. The pool was nice and we just used towel's from the room. Breakfast, Excellent plenty of choice. Hot , cold , meat, fruit ,cereal, drinks, cakes, croissant, jams, yogurts, honey etc. Free shuttle bus is great second stop back from Disney and last pick up stop before Disney, so the journey times are very short. Onsite shop , arcade machines , pool tables , air hockey etc. Nice distraction's for the minions while parent enjoys a vino from the bar in close proximity. Staff, all helpful and friendly. No real complaints, maybe just bar prices but that seams to be the rule generally everywhere.
"Lovely long weekend stay"
Staying in this hotel is ideal only for a few 1-3 nights & you check at 3pm which is stated in your confirmation email as we was aware before coming on holiday just to remind others. They have iron statues of 3 horses when you come through the entrance, they have a ball pit that is shaped like a circus tent which the younger ones can play in. They are have a small gym, have a kids pool & normal pool. They have snooker & ice hockey tables in hotel. Rooms are circus themed also (picture included) breakfast is average there was no beans or fried eggs which was needed! Otherwise all ok and would stay again. Free shuttle buses which can get busy at peak times especially evenings after park closes so if you haven’t been before so be prepared especially for families with buggies
