Stayed for 4 nights with 3 kids, the hotel was very nice, the breakfast was great, the staff with helpful and the kids loved the rooms and the bunk beds. Book early to get a great rate. The shuttle service they run to Disney is perfect and the service to Paris and airports is a great option. All me and my family enjoyed the stay.
"magical stay "

This is a good hotel to stay in if you are going to Disneyland. My family (2 adults and 2 children have just returned from a 4 night stay and had a great experience in this hotel. We stayed in 2 adjoining rooms (to give us space), however 1 family room would have been fine considering the small amount of time spent in the room. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Fresh fluffy white towels were provided daily. Despite being such a big hotel there was very little by way of noise and our sleep was never disturbed. The lounge area is huge with a ball pit, gift shop and arcade games in the main lounge, which my children loved but cost a fortune. My daughter won one of the large monkeys.....so big it got stuck! When we spoke to reception the gentleman did not offer to retrieve it from the machine but did give her four tokens...... Outside there is a small children's play area and a short walk takes you down to a nice lake. The hotel gardens are big with seating areas, the gardens could be stunning if not for all the weeds. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, croissant, pain au chocolat, fruit, yoghurt and we never had to queue. We ate in the hotel on our first night and had pizza which tasted great and the kids had chicken nuggets and chips and was reasonably priced, however 4 very small diet cokes cost 4,90 euro!!! The shuttle bus was great and there is a tv screen at the hotel doors which advises when next bus is due. It was sometimes a little crowded but it literally takes ten minutes so it was fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
"Disney Paris and Vienna House"
Warning - Dont consider booking! Badly maintained, very small rooms. Limited breakfast selection & bad quality food. Scrambled eggs from a box is your only option. Nothing as advertised! Ice machines permanently out of order. DEFINITELY not four star. The only reason this hotel continues to operate is due to is location and the Disney name. Dont get caught. 😞Regret booking.
Simple circus design, no creepy clowns !! Beds very comfy. Too expensive to buy basic water to make tea and coffee or to just drink it. Breakfast was ok, sausages, scrambled egg and rashers were not nice at all, choice of 2 cereals. Need a lot of coins for arcade games for kids. Bus to parks is free and takes about 10 mins but quite packed. Nice lake and petting farm at back of hotel. Pool is nice too. Small souvenir shop on site. Room service was expensive, kids liked the nuggets, chips and pizza.
