"One night stay"
Had a one night stay here prior to checking into an onsite Disney Hotel. The family room was well set out with a separate area for kids with curtain around the bunk bed and their own tv. Be aware that the top bunk is not suitable for under 8s. The rom was fine for one night but for a longer time would have been quite cramped. The bed was comfy though. We went to the swimming pool, can get towel's from reception. Nothing special but clean and warm. Outside was a small playpark ideal for under 6's. We ate in the bar area as arrived in the afternoon, this was pretty expensive and not anything special and the service was ridiculously slow. We waited half an hr for the kids desert which was just a fruit pot. Would stay here again for a short visit, though we have booked to return for 1 night at the hotel next door - Dream Castle.
"Fun, easy and close to the magic"
Our recent trip included my wife and I, our 3 children aged 3, 1 and a half and 5 months, my brother and my parents. We occupied three rooms. First impressions: It was about a 45 minute drive from CDG airport. The lobby was very inviting and was well theme, Lots of space. Check in was very strait forward. Room: We had a family room for the 5 of us with my parents having their own room as well as my brother. We had a very large bed bunk beds which had their own TVs and a circus curtain that could be pulled around them and they added a cot to the rooms for us. I was amazed at the amount of space we had. 5 in one room could easily feel squished. Though am aware not all the family rooms are this big. It was clean and fresh. Another nice touch was that then had very fancy toiletries by L'occtane. Food: We had breakfast included, it was as you would expect a large buffet with all the usual offering. Bacon, sausage, egg, fruit, toast ect. It was enjoyable but if it's not included I think it's pretty pricy. Overall: I really like it hear if you are staying here it's 99% charge your their for Disney and it was very convenient they have buses that run every 10 min or so that are a bit of a wild ride. And the their really were no complaints with the Hoyle from us.
"Basic but clean"
Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Disney. The hotel itself is quite nice and quite spacious with an arcade, pool and a mini ball pit. I stayed in a room with a double bed and a kids bunk bed. The room was very clean but worn, dated and could have done with some maintenance. For example, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, the bathroom door handle was broken and the curtain that decorated the bunk bed looked as if it had been cut by hand. However, the beds were very comfortable and the 3 of us all slept well over the 2 nights. The hotel itself is quite quiet at night with very little noise. On the first day we decided to grab something to eat and drink in the hotel before heading out. The service was shocking. There was one lady serving who was clearly trying her best but was getting flustered and no other staff came to help her out. The food was OK and the portion size was good but it was expensive. 9 euros for a pint of beer' I found that to be pretty steep compared to what you pay for alcohol in the park. Breakfast was pretty good as long as you got down early. We managed to go down stairs before 8.30 on both days and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. After this time the queue goes crazy and fills the corridor. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with a few hot items but it was nice and filling. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning to spend most of your time in the park. If you are the type of person who likes to spend time in the hotel then it may not be the best choice.
Stayed here for 3 nights for Disneyland visit. Hotel is about 10mins via free shuttle service from Disney village. I have stayed at most hotels around this site so can judge fairly. Rooms are basic and entire hotel is in need for ramp up and thorough cleaning. Rooms are OK size but we had flies in the room and they smelt bad. Felt very dirty and un tidy. I was gob smacked that during breakfast a guy in suit came and asked my wife not to take away some bread and she would be charged, he was happy for it to go to waste instead of letting her take - very rude and never experienced this in any other hotel.
"Friends trip to Disneyland "
Stayed at this hotel for the first time.. Room was great very spacious. We had dinner at the onsight buffet restaurant and this was a major let down. 30 Euros per person for a very basic and often cold and undercooked buffet. No vegetarian option for one member of the group and for the price you pay this is vastly expensive considering the quality and quantity of the food. After asking to speak to the manager found him to be very rude and unhelpful. No apology offered and one meal taken off the bill in the end. (the vegetarian as she didn't eat anything). Hotel is nice but I would highly recommend trying alternative eating options
