The Mirage Resort & Casino is located a mile away from Las Vegas Strip. The high roller is a stone's throw away and the Fountains of Bellagio are only 2 km away from the property.
Great location, great value. Somewhat surprised by the number of guests with very young children. Would stay here again.Comment of K. Marcy , United States the 2016-09-28
We traveled to Las Vegas in September to renew our wedding vows after 25 years of marriage and could not have selected a better venue to celebrate. We would stay here for sure on our next visit to Las Vegas.Comment of M. Stephen , Australia the 2016-07-20

Ich war schon 8mal in diesem Hotel, für mich die beste Wahl! Zentral am Strip gelegen, schöne Poollandschaft, im Gegensatz zu anderen Strip-Hotels sehr übersichtlich und dazu super Preis/Leistung!Comment of K. Thorben , Germany the 2014-07-19
The Mirage Hotel and Casino has a perfect price/position ratio.Comment of C. Giovanni , Italy the 2013-11-05
The buffet was to die for! Prime rib and many more delicious foods, for a reasonable price. The staff in the casino itself, were warm and friendly. We even got 2 tee shirts just for having out of state licences!
"3 day stay "
Positives friendly check in, nice clean fresh room, helpful front desk staff. The Pantry is a must eat. Negative , it's a long way from parking garage to guest elevators. Arrived slightly earlier than we expected but were allowed to check in no problem. Really friendly staff at check . Lots of choices for food. Only bad experience was at midnight on the Friday whilst going back to room a security guard ordered me to show room key, I don't mean asked as there were no manners involved, it was " show me your room key". Front desk staff dealt with my complaint and offered 2 nights free resort fee and said would talk to security management to try and ensure it wouldn't happen again. Overall a nice hotel and would stay here again
Recently, my boyfriend and I stayed at the Mirage for a long week end to celebrate his 40th birthday. This was going to be my first trip to Vegas and I was very much looking forward to the visit. Our hotel stay at the Mirage was extremely disappointing. Several incidents at the hotel over the course of our stay made the experience unenjoyable. First, I had called the hotel prior to our arrival and asked about decorating our hotel room for my boyfriend's birthday. I was told by the concierge that the concierge department would be happy to decorate the room with previously purchased decorations that I was planning on bringing. When we got to the hotel, I was informed that the concierge department did not perform this service and the front desk did not know why I was told they would. Second, on my boyfriend's actual birthday, we had to change rooms. I had asked the front desk to please call me on my cell to let me know when our new room was ready so I could go decorate the room myself as a surprise for my boyfriend. Needless to say, they never called me to say the room was ready which made it very difficult for me to surprise my boyfriend with a decorated room. To add to the ruined 40th birthday decorations, I had pre-ordered birthday balloons through the concierge department to be delivered to our room. However, the completely wrong balloons were delivered! The names on the card were wrong and they were not birthday balloons. Next, our new room had stains on the mattress and on the rugs. The stains on the side of the mattress were disgusting, brown rings as if some fluid had spilled and dried. I will try at attach pictures of the stains in my review. Lastly, and this was perhaps the most shocking experience at the hotel, was how we were treated in the private pool area. I purchased a few days worth of lounge chairs at the private oasis pool as part of the birthday gifts for my boyfriend. We wanted to avoid crowds, and obnoxious people and behavior, so we were super excited about the private pool. On both days that we went to the private pool, there was a group of 5-10 people who brought a bluetooth speaker into the pool and had it resting on a float and were blasting their music. The first time this happened, my boyfriend and I just left the pool as it was near the end of the time we had planned on spending at the pool. The next day, the same thing happened! The same group of people started blasting their obnoxious music very loudly. We politely asked the cocktail waitress at the pool area to ask them to turn the music down, and her reply was "I am not allowed to ask them to turn it down." We were incredulous! Wasn't it her job to prevent this exact type of obnoxious behavior from occurring at the private pool' To make matters worse, the food and drink service at the private pool was terrible. We waited more than 1 hour after arriving for someone to ask us if we wanted anything. We ended up walking to the pool restaurant and getting food ourselves. Why would anyone pay $80 per person, per day, to be at this pool and receive this poor service' The whole point of going to the private pool is more attentive service and a more enjoyable experience. We received neither. Avoid the private pool, its overpriced for poor service and you will be disappointed. In fact, due to the poor service recovery at this establishment, avoid the Mirage all together.
"Poorest customer service ever!"
We checked into The Mirage as a family of 7 mid June, I had made the reservation the previous September requesting interconnecting rooms. Upon arrival I was told the only interconnecting rooms that were available were on the new Wellness floor and therefore required an upgrade at a charge but that these rooms were brand new and we were the first people to stay and really were amazing, not happy we had no choice and paid the upgrade for the 2 rooms for 4 nights. The rooms themselves were fine, not worth any additional charge and all the furniture was old, so much so my husband sliced his finger open passing a glass topped dresser that was chipped on the way to the bathroom...this could have been one of my small children and the side of their face! I called housekeeping to ask for a first aid kit as my husband was bleeding profusely into a towel. 2 members of security arrived...with a band aid...no antiseptic or other way of cleaning the wound they were more concerned with my a report for their own interests, I was told there was a CVS across the street. Upon checkout I highlighted the issue at the desk and was told it was not their department but somebody would be in touch in due course, this was promised! We did email the person supposed to be in charge in August but so far have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement of the email or contact from anybody in the hotel. It is unacceptable that guests can be injured and put at risk of infection from shoddy damaged furniture in a hotel room, management has a duty of care to those guests paying a lot of money to stay, at least reach out and make an apology. We will not be recommending this hotel to anybody.
"Great stay - perfect location"
I've stayed at the Mirage twice and loved both occasions. The rooms are very generously sized and equipped. There is a great choice of restaurants and the tables are well placed so as to be there but not overly intrusive. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool can be crowded in peak season, but that is to be expected! Great location being mid way along the strip so its easy to get to the other places of interest. Will stay here again.
