"Beirut beauty by the sea"
Beautiful hotel on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean with pools, beach, etc. The view from most rooms, the rooftop restaurant and bar is awesome and relaxing. Modern facility. Mostly welcoming courteous staff. Mostly good food. Room nice (except for noise and lights from the rooftop bar at night; most rooms don't have this problem). I will stay here again on my next Beirut visit.
"Very nice place"
All was great and we enjoyed our stay in this hotel where we will back again for sure. Special thanks for Receptions and room service guys they did everything to satisfy us starting from the room to amenities, and all what we needed. they are amazing Keep it up!
Movenpick beirut is a luxurious resort with an excellent services that starts from a very professional reception staff to room service to every and each employee you get in contact. Pool and Jim are gorgeous. You are close to airport and to downtown. I have enjoyed a lot my stay. Thanks
"Best value for money, in an excellent setting"
I have been staying in the Movenpick hotel in Beirut on and off for the past 3 years during business trips. It’s my favourite hotel in Beirut, I keep on going back. Let me tell you why. The staff will bend over backwards to help, from reception to restaurant to room service. If something is not to your taste, its not 'taken personally' by the staff, they just fix it to your liking. You can’t beat the setting. If aesthetics is important to you (like for me) there is not a single hotel in Beirut that is located in a more beautiful scenic setting right on the beach, with a beautiful swimming pool. The gym is big and well equipped. I stayed at the Movenpick again recently from 07-09 June 017, and invited a friend from our Embassy for dinner at Hemingway Restaurant on the outside terrace. He was impressed with the good food and service, and the amazing view of the sunset over the sea. He was equally surprised when I told him room rate per night. There is nothing lacking in the rooms, everything works, spotless clean, and I love the lighting in the bathrooms. The breakfast is good, with a big selection equal to any good hotel I have seen. My advice is, pay the few dollars extra and get a room with a sea view, the garden view rooms can be a bit dark depending on the location of the room. But with the fresh sea view, you will have a lovely balcony with a sliding glass door, and tranquil sounds of the waves on the beach.
"Brilliant in all sense of the word. "
Magnificent hotel. The service is attentive and all encompassing. The location cannot be any better. Facilities so extensive that whenever you think of leaving the hotel, you decide it's better to stay and sample the vast array of things to do. Food excellent as well. Some of the best restaurants in Beirut exist within its buildings. Loved it! Recommendation: Sea view room on a high floor.
