This hotel is lovely, it definetly exceeded my expectations. Ideally located in union square and we walked everyday to fisherman's wharf so it wasnt too bad providing you dont mind up hill. All rooms had a safe and large bathroom and great wifi. Would definitely stay here again ans the staff were most helpful
The location is great for newcomers to SF, right in the middle of things and easy to get around. The hotel overall is nice, with some subtle updates I would recommend, but the helpfulness and personal outreach by the staff more than made up for it. If you asked for anything, they'd be ready and willing to help in order to make your stay more enjoyable. Don't hesitate to reach out to them!
We had a room on the 27th floor which had great views of the city. The check-in line was extremely long when I went but it moved relatively quickly as soon as other people were helping to check us in. Hotel itself is massive, reminds me of a resort. Room is of a good size for a hotel in SF.
Great location friendly staff very clean check in and out very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to train station and world famous trolley station. As well as many restaurants and bars and stores
"I thought this was a premium property. I was wrong. Avoid this hotel."
I am a Diamond level member, so I've had my share of Hilton hotels. The room was no better than a Hampton Inn. It was small, with a 3 star bathroom. I was "upgraded", or so they said. The only upgrade was to a higher floor. The front desk was not helpful at all. As a diamond member, I should get breakfast included. What was included was a poor quality continental breakfast. On top of that, parking was $76+ a night. I planned a 2 night stay. I checked out after 1 night, and went to a Doubletree which had much, much better accommodations.
