Dirty, filthy, disgusting. Maids are doing their job, but maintenance is a joke! Air filter was black and practically growing. Bathroom fan full of "fuzzy dirt." Mold on access panel in bathroom. Cobwebs on ceiling. Spill next to mini fridge was also growing. Reported on first day and nothing was done for any if this. I was left a fruittray to eat in my gross room, but if the room is any reflection of the kitchen, why would I eat it'! Holes in my towels. Paint and trim in room looks like it should be on the TV show Fixer Upper. Parking lot is awful. Upper rooms are questionable on firetruck access due to bridges. EMS would never be able to get in on a weekend. Not close to any dining or shopping. Do not recommend if health and safety is a priority for you and your family.
Humbled and Grateful...I recently stayed here to support a family grieving the loss of a loved one. I want to thank the Manager, Stephanie that went above and beyond the call of duty for the family. The Staff was amazing! I received a call a short time before the funeral asking if I could make corrections to the obituary, make sure they were printed in color and delivered on time. The Hilton Staff & Concierge sprung into action. The Manager, Mark Ortega of the FedEx located on the Hilton property made sure expeditiously, that the programs were printed in color and they were folded. Mark was a very kind gentle guy to work with. A special thank you to the FedEx staff that aided Mark in folding the programs. I made it to the funeral service on time with moments to spare. My hotel accommodations were fantastic; my lovely bed slept very comfortable and my Certified Pure Room was Awesome. Lastly, the Staff just really Warmed My Heart in the manner that they cared for the grieving family.
Our family (grandparents, kids, grands) stayed in connecting suites. It worked perfectly for the six of us. The resort offers rides to on-site swimming and restaurants. The drivers were helpful in answering questions. At The Falls, the servers were most helpful with pitchers of ice water, and food orders. The pool was full, but big enough not to be very crowded. Pool chairs and umbrellas made the heat bearable. Our eight-year-old loved the slide! A fun weekend!!
I have been at the Tapatio many times and continue to return for the amenities, nice rooms and restaurant. Good service at the lobby, bar and restaurant. grounds service can be a little noisy in the morning.
