"Affordable 5 star"
I picked Radisson Blu Centrum as it was the cheapest 5 star hotel in Warsaw. Everything was great, breakfast was delicious (especially berry smoothie!!), room var comfortable, clean and nicely decoreated. ıt is centrally located. nothing to worry about!
Greeting was not so bad. Cleaning was perfect! Fresh aroma in the corridors and elevators was fantastically relaxing! Lobby bar staff were indifferent! Spa and sauna were poor. Swimming pool is too small. Related staff didn't provide bathrobe for swimming pool guests. Instead of trying for customer satisfaction they advise to bring bathrobe from client's room which is not acceptable from point of view of politeness! I would like to hope that, with kind care and rapid interference of Senior management the mentioned concerns will be settled soon and I will choose your hotel at my next visit as well. Best regards, Parviz Amirov
"Nice hotel, hard beds"
We spent two nights in this hotel as part of an Insight Vacations tour group. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are quite large by European standards. The beds, however, are very firm. Also, it was not possible to regulate the room temperature. The hotel is located in the center of the city. About two blocks away is a large outdoor market with many booths of flowers, vegetables, and sundries. It is very interesting to walk through that market. Breakfast in the hotel was pretty standard. Good but not great. Overall this is a good hotel that we would consider using again.
"Comfortable, friendly and well located"
This is the second Radisson hotel I have stayed in in as many weeks. I wrote a very positive review of the last one in Gothenburg and I can do no less for the Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel Warszawa. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and speak very good English. My room, facing the street and on the 5th floor was very comfortable and the bed in particular offered an excellent night's sleep. The in-house restaurant, @Ferdy's, offers Polish and international dishes of which the food quality is excellent. Highly recommended!
"Never ever 5-star - unfriendly receptionists"
The hotel is definitely not 5-star. The receptionists are unfriendly and the breakfast is overpriced at 95 zloty. The breakfast restaurant has the feel of a train station - it is noisy and crowded. The matraze is rock-hard. The minibar is locked and you have to contact reception to have it opened. The pool area is small and there is one swim lane. The sauna was out of order during stay on May 7/8
