"Good stay. Poor service with my REZERVED coupons"
Service was good. However, whenever I use a REZERVED coupon during my stay, the staff always has a reason not to accept my coupoN. I always have to explain further about availaing whatever was in the coupon. The thing is, I believe I didnt need to exert that much effort in order to bridge my message across.

the hotel itself is good enough, and staff and facilities as well on the whole i rate it average because i'm reviewing it from the point of view that it is a 5 star hotel, not mixing it up with the hotels of some other star levels 1. nobody's taking care of my luggage after i entered the hotel, yes i was carrying only one big suitcase besides my backpack, my suitcase had very smooth wheels and i had no problem handling it to my room by the elevator, however, this was my first time that nobody even asked if you'd need any help with the luggage in a hotel above 4 star, even at some economic chain hotels they'll take your luggage to the room (for tips or not is not the point) 2.the tissue box on the washstand in my bathroom run out after i drew only 3 pieces of tissue from it after i checked in 3. there was a metal pole for the shower curtain in the shower area, however, the curtain itself was not there, so when you are taking a shower the water will splash out unavoidably and make the floor in front of the washstand (too) wet (to be absorbed by the floor towel) and slippery, rather annoying 4. nobody's really checking the room on your check-out, so i left a camera battery on the tv shelf in my room (and till now the hotel doesn't contact me for that although they have all my contact info) 5. sound insulation of the door's not that good, a little bit noise from the neighbor talking outside the room put aside all the above, the hotel is very pleasant to stay in, welcome juicy presented, room spacious, clean and new, bed and pillows comfortable, shower water strong and hot, foods with variety, SM mall at a stone's throw, and on your leaving they'll call you a very comfortable taxi (roomy than the normal ones) and register the info of the taxi on a card given to you for reference

my husband and i celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, that aas why we chose to stay at the beat hotel in cebu. buffet breakfast at the feria resto was amazing. the king size bed was really comfy plus the procimity of the hotel to sm departmnt store was a plus! my son had a great time wimming in the clear blue pool. thought the room rate was expensive compared to other hotels in the city but overall, it was worth itt! we will definitely go back to stay in Radisson blu!
I went 2 days in between sleep overs in Carcar so it's 2 separate reservations. Even if Radisson was not closest to the party place, I chose it here for the value of the room plus breakfast for 2, convenience from the airport and the hotel is new. The staff are very attentive and welcoming.
"The Best Customer Service and Accomodations"
We held a company event at the Radisson Blu and I was amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail every member of their staff showed us. Every participant in our event commented on the quality of the luncheon they were served and the graciousness of the staff. On a personal note the hotel room and restaurant offerings and staff were second to none. Myself and a few colleagues stayed at the hotel for 5 days and the wait staff in the restaurant went over board to accommodate our food requests. I travel a lot and it is very difficult to impress me, but the Radisson Blu is at the top of my list and it will be my home away from home when I visit Cebu !
