"Excellent stay "
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Very close to Sabiha airport. The hotel has free bus shuttle from airport. Very good staff and the breakfast is too good. The indoor hotel lobby, SPA is excellent. Just one problem while entering the hotel you always have the military/ police guards checking your passport and other IDs and this happens everyday whenever you enter the hotel.
"The friendly hotel"
A pleasant stay during a business trip where you can combine work with a good meal at on of the restaurants and a couple of hours at the spa or pool. Very friendly and professional staff, excellent complimentary coffee (Nespresso) in the room. This was not my firsta stay at this hotel and it will surely not be my last.
"Brand new hotel"
The hotel looks brand new and very clean. The check-in was not very efficient, and it took a while for the 2nd receptionist to show up. The rooms are large and beautiful. The bathroom is spacious and gorgeous. One minus for the room: the air-conditioning makes a lot of noise and doesn't really cool the room. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice.
"Not suitable for a international business traveller"
Let me explain: I am a business travel, on the road every year up to 240 days in Asia and Europe. To keep up with all what’s needed to be done on serious business trips, a international hotel like the Radisson should have independent WiFi routers in each room with a dedicated bandwidth. I got an upgrade to a business room so it was called, which I found was great, spacious and clean. While trying to connect to the internet which did not work as describe, I decided to go to the spa, enjoy the fantastic set up of the bath and taken a massage done by a very professional Balinese masseuse. Saturday morning - enjoy breakfast' Not really! The most customer unfriendly kitchen staff, ignoring me while trying to order an omelette. Orange juice glasses were sticky and the juice out of tetra packaging. Yes there was a “squizer “ which was stuffed. If you look at the gear in the gym, wonder if they could not effort a professional electric orange press. Thought to take a window table to enjoy at least the view, the table cloth with coffee stains, the window dirty. 5 star plus! Guess the GM or MD whichever is the Titel spends too much time in the office, those windows been like this for long! Last but not least, a very remote place, too far away from Istanbul if you like to do sightings. Ohh, nearly forgot, like in China, once the hotel decided it is winter the aircon is on circulation or heating- we are in 2017, individual split units are available for cover 30 years! Good luck with your stay - only impressed by the spa!
"Away for some sun"
I decided to book a couple of days away in the Sun because the summer in Denmark didn't arrive. I foundation Nice flighttickets and afterwards the Radisson. I should only stay there so the sorroundings didn't have influense on my choice. I tried to book directly but was missing out for response, so booked at booking.com Nice prices and really Nice rooms. I choosed a buisness class room with a Big and great balcony and free minibar. It seems like every room has balcony. I used the shuttleservice - it is easy, but it cost a fortune to Call the hotel from my cell - it is NOT EU! I had a very good welcome and really Nice
