"Lovely and cosy"
We stayed here 2 nights. Clean and good rooms. Staffs were very helpful . Warm and friendly. Especially Abdul and Khadija. Thank you for all your hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and you both made it even more enjoyable. Awesome food. It is very close to the Medina. Hotel has a nice swimming pool and a Hammam.
Friendly personalised service. The team led by Abdul and Khateeja made us feel welcome . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast served was delicious. They had a hamam which we used. Thrilled with our experience.
"The staff becomes family!!"
My friend happened to plan this trip during my birthday. The staff overheard my friends singing to me our first night there and came to the table right away. The owners daughter Khadijah had the staff make a cake the next night and sing. In fact a man named Abderrazzah bought me a bracelet. It is beautiful, the staff goes out of their way and food was wonderful. Baba the owner will treat you like family. Great stay!!
"Very beautiful riad with friendly service"
The riad interior was astonishing. It's worth to stay here to enjoy Moroccan historical architecture. Not only the beauty of the building, the riad's service was excellent. Super helpful stuff fulfilled all our demanding requests: train ticket pick-up from the train station, arrangement of massage in hamam at night, and official guide for the souq (traditional market like a very complicated maze), delicious meals with Moroccan specialties, swimming after checking out, and transportation to the station. Their courtesy made our stay in Fes much smoother and most memorable! Thank Yahya, Mohammed and Amine so much. We'd love to be back to the riad someday.
"Fabulous in Every Way!"
We stayed in El Yacout for two nights. The two rooms we were given were amazingly large suites with multiple seating areas, fridges, comfortable king size beds and all the little extras. The staff and their hospitality was first class and the food incredible! Yahya was particularly attentive to our needs. The pool was spotlessly clean - it has been the only one we felt like swimming in on this trip. We highly recommend this Riad to anyone looking for quality and class.
