"beach with a view"
We VRBO and were set into Brighton also run by Hilton but it was under construction and balconies closed and dirty. We were sent to Royal and found it wonderful, quiet, with a large unit overlooking the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and a great library of books and videos for all ages. The pool access is easy and of course the beach is fabulous.
Great Place..loved the accommodations. Our family will stay here from now on while we visit Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed walking out on the beach and the location of all the amenities. The staff was pleasant and so helpful. The shuttle was amazing we didn't drive anywhere
We rented thru Elliot Rentals. Was suppose to stay an extra night but miscommunicated...''' The commode in Master ran all the time..the coffee maker (3) of them...none worked. And neither did the WI FI...what were we to do...spend our short time there trying to get their problems fixed or try and enjoy our time away. Just be very careful...when a price looks good it probably is not...Unit808.
Hotel was place of choice by Promotional company selling their use of time share type facilities. Royal Palms seems like a poor choice to sell upscale units in their facilities when the accommodations were only average to low average and seemed old and dated. Overall ok place but not my choice by any means of a nice get away stay even for a promotional. Not sure I would choose Hilton for a vacation.
"A definite do over"
Beautiful property. Condos are the way to go. And we had all the ammenities to boot of the Hilton. The service at Cafe Amalfi for breakfast was awesome! Sandra and Brenda were awesome! The Veranda Bar also had awesome service. The service at the Wet Whistle Bar outside needs help. 3 bartenders and it was not that busy and I had to keep asking for things and we were right at the bar. Exercise equipment not well maintained.
