"Worst shuttle bus service"
This just happened 10mins ago. I was walking towards to the bus which was parking in the boarder gate. The driver apparently saw me walking towards to him,I mean we were just less than 1km distance, I waved my hands to him. But what he did was to turn his face to other side and drove away the coach. Jeez!!! I mean are you freaking kidding. How can you ignore somebody was waving hands so hard to you!
"Casino on Steroids"
We came, we saw, and we gambled--for just a moment, and then left. Flashy, crowded with mainland Chinese all set to win their fortunes, the Sands is an experience to witness. It was one of the first casinos in Macau; many are now more decadent and decidedly larger. If you want that, go to City of Dreams with plenty of uber resort hotels that number rooms in the thousands (each), malls with hundreds of designer stores, and likewise, immense casinos.
"As welcoming as a mother-in-law' hug"
It was a quick visit, centred mainly on playing the slots and the getting something to eat. Typically, the slots are focused one game only...a dragon game which comes out of Australia. It was the main game i the Venetian, the Grand Lisboa, the Lisboa and the Sands etc etc.Obviously focused on Mainland Chinese who bus it across from Bordergate. Ther were not many people about and the feel of the place wsa sterile. At least at the Grand, they had a Can-Can troupe to entertain. Overall, a big yawn.
I enjoyed my stay at the sands staff were polite room is clean good casino etc I would stay here again although it was a bit expensive there could be better resteraunt was ok view is good close to ferry terminal
"The Alternate Vegas"
Macau is great. It's like the entire Las Vegas strip packed into an island. The Sands cooperation is really doing a good job packing all these casinos and shopping heaven all together. Highly recommended to visit if you enjoy the lifestyle in Vegas
