Set in the historic center of the city, this sleek, elegant hotel is 2 km from the Grand Bazaar, 3 km from the Hagia Sophia and 5 km from Topkapı Palace.
"Amazing hotel don't miss it"
I was staying in this hotel more than ten times I believe the hotel is one of the most beautiful place in Istanbul it is near the grand bazar near the old city near sultan Ahmad area .very clean hotel very nice the guest relation manager was helpful the stuff is amazing and the swimming pool and the spa is very nice In the morning you will have an amazing breakfast I believe it is an excellent hotel
"Romantic break "
Stayed there 4 nights. The hotel is amazing with a great location. But most importantly the staff are really friendly and helpful especially Mohamed the receptionist, a big well done to him. We will probably come back in September and I hope we will have the chance to see him again.
"Great and Vital Location"
All what I can say about this hotel is that it is located in a super great place which is near the light train and different bazaars near it. My stay in the hotel included only breakfast, of which I can say that it was not as expected from a five stars hotel. The breakfast was simple and was not much choices in it. The staff are friendly and the pool is kinda small. My room was cleaned on a daily basis. I was surprised that standard rooms are not provided with wifi, so I paid for a deluxe room to get a wifi in the room. My rating for this hotel is mainly for its location more than any other reason.
"Istanbul breakaway "
This hotel is rated 5 stars and priced accordingly. Well, the only 5 stars deserved the location - walking distance to Grand Bazaar, Blue and Sophia mosks, Spice Bazaar and lot of lovely restaurants for lunches and dinners. If you take that aside, the hotel itself do not deserve more than 4 stars - I would say between 3-4 stars. Breakfast was limited and always crowded between 8-9. The concierge stuff not knowing very well to advise (if to compare to Hilton Bomonti was like day and night). Rooms furniture look old. Bathrobes look like having same age with the building. Internet very poor - you have to spot a place in the room where to freeze yourself in order to get a stable connection. The elevator must be most probably the slowest elevator in Istanbul... The gym, funny enough is open only from 1:30 pm - god knows why and the staff answer was "management decided this way" :) This guys who owned centrally locations do not bother to offer good/great service because they count people will come anyway. that is shame in my view! I do not know who gave 5 stars to this hotel but probably the assessment was done very long time ago. Otherwise we enjoyed to lovely weather and street walking combine with amazing food options on the streets of Istanbul. Enjoy
This hotel fairy is a desirable hotel. Convenient accessibility to Laleli tramva station and venziciler metro station, exchange centers. So many wholeslers and restaurant, supermarkets and confectioneries exist around. Near to ground bazaar. Sultan ahmet neighborhood that consists blue mousqe, topkapi and hagia Sophia are just in few station next to laleli tram station. Breakfast is very exciting and fresh. Turkish Hammam, suna, swimming pool and spa are very clean and ready to service. Rooms are very well-seeming. Hotel space is nice and pretty. Totally I suggest this hotel to passengers.
