"Amazingly located hotel"
Had a one night stay and this hotel is at a good location in Macau peninsula..... once stepped out the lobby you can find rows of casinos in opposites n side buildings. Even at this hotels, they do have branded watches outlet . The breakfast buffet was good.... and the bathroom is way bigger than the bedroom. Very nice n maintained hotel.
"great hotel in Macau"
It is my first time to come to Macau, and I choose the landmark Macau because I saw the comment is quite good on website. special thanks to Guest service Manager- Mr.Song. He Greeted me at lobby and free upgraderoom to me. He provided great service and very frindly. I god a nice romm and have a good dream when I stayed two nights at Hotel. I will recommend my family and friends to say im Landmark Hotel.
"Thumbs up !!"
The hotel is centrally located to the tourist spot. However, everything is written in Chinese and Portuguese. Luckily we had Gan, the manager who always made a real effort to help us with the tourist information. Hotel facilities is old but the room is clean and well appointed. Breakfast served was rather limited in choices. But overall is excellent. Will surely put up at Landmark if I come over to Macau again.
"Mediocrity at its best"
Check in process was smooth. They were helpful with directions and even gave me a map. However, they said security deposit would be held for up to 14 days! That is ridiculous even if it's refundable. Elevators were relatively quick to get upstairs, but then you have to change elevators at the 6th floor. Walk down a circuitous hallway to get to another set of elevators before you can find your room. This layout is terribly inconvenient and discourages people from coming back, I know I won't. I asked for a non-smoking room. While my room on the 18th floor didn't smell like smoke, it also didn't smell fresh and clean. I couldn't figure out if it was moldy. The sheets were clean, no hair, but they need to either put an air purifier in there or do some deep cleaning on the carpet. The bathroom's design is awkward with a lot of unused real estate. The shower head worked well though, so that's a plus. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. For $132/night, you should be able to find something better than what I had experienced.
"good choice for a visit at Macau"
after a smaller trouble of the transfer from the Ferry Terminal to the Hotel we had a nice, short stay. We got nice big rooms, hotel staff and manager was very friendly and care about customer needs. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
