I stayed for 5 days in this hotel. I had a wonderful time, hotel is clean and quiet. Perfect for central location. One very particular experience that I want to highlight is my daily breakfast at CASA restaurant. The food was adequate for me, staff very friendly and professional. One staff that stood up is Miss Jozi, she speaks very well, very helpful, attentive and cheerful. These type of staff hardly come by, I strongly encourage HR dept to recognize the service that your hotel staff has given and even extend more than taking order and fetching your coffee. I appreciate personal touch especially when I travel in a foreign country. We at least 3-5 times a year. This is one of the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. Beautiful architectural , great options for dining, great bar , both me and husband felt safe and welcomed. Will definitely stay with Ritz Carlton again in the near future.

A leisure trip that was made super luxury and memorable by The Ritz Carlton ,Dubai. Right from check in to check out they took care of our tiniest conveniences. The check in was fast and we were provided with a view room on request. The comfort and hospitality was profound in every means. The hospitality has been the best amongst my many abroad trips and stay at 5* star hotels. Comfortable and cosy room with luxurious bathroom made my stay memorable. The breakfast at Cara was delightful and the staff was very warm in taking care of all our needs. Breakfast has variety of choices of Indian, Arabian, Japanese and continental food. Fitness centre was nice and even in fitness centre area they try make sure that guests face no issues. Even they offered for headphones in Gym. Really great team work by staff. The most touching experience what we will never forget was the help offered to us by the staff especially Jitendra and Naim. Their eagerness to serve and warm hospitality can't be ignored. My iphone fell down by mistake and it's screen got shattered. I was on leisure trip and this was really saddening. I just enquired about any repair options in Dubai from Jitendra but he went out of his way to help me. He helped me to find a company that offer repairs on site in 45 minutes and helped me to get in contact with them. Out of the protocol he managed the things and managed to get the repair Geek in hotel. Before noon on the same day my phone got repaired at hotel. This saved my day which I would have wasted to find repair for screen in Dubai. I got the new authentic screen in just a matter of 45 minutes without hassling around the city for it and thus we could enjoy our remaining time very well. I would absolutely love to go back. I will not forget this amazing experience. Never imagined such wonderful hospitality with such warm personalised service.
"Family break "
Not the first choice of hotel for a family break, but it did the job. Property is still great and well maintained. Restaurants are numerous and more than decent. The indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic. One issue: you pay for WiFi if you’re not a rewards member. And quite pricey too. In this day and age that was surprising.
Decent Ritiz property, stay here for the location; 2 blocks from Emirates Towers metro stop, 10 mins to Burj (rear side), 15 mins to mall. We stayed here primary so we could walk to Burj on New Years Eve and for that the hotel worked out perfect. Rooms were nice and quiet. Only negative of hotel is the restaurant, lounge cafe are all pretty weak. If you want alcohol, just hit the restaurant bar, staff they were great. I would consider staying here again.
"Horrible Service & Very Rude Team"
@RitzCarlton Dubai, Resturant - Sunken Garden, had the worst experience in terms of service from the team. The glass in which the water was served to us was stinking, the Moroccon Tea which was served was spoilt. Even after telling the team about the same very politely a couple of times there was no fixing the situation. Infact Anup the manager of the restaurant was rude beyond explanation. Never expected this from a hotel at this level. Hope you realize that you are in the service industry.
