"Second to None"
My husband and I just returned from a four day stay at the St Regis Bora Bora and it was the most incredible experience. We were only sorry that we had spent our first few days in Moorea and wished we had stayed longer at this incredible piece of paradise. If you are thinking of getting married here, do it. We had the most spectacular wedding planner, Magali Capulli who left nothing to chance and made our day the most amazing and stress free event imaginable. She was my fairy godmother and really made everything as special as possible. She is truly lovely and we were so lucky to have her to look after us during our stay at the resort. The flowers were perfect, our photographer Kim was incredible and the weather could not have been more picture perfect. The resort was at capacity during our stay but you would have never known it. There is a serene quality to the St Regis where you feel as if the place is entirely yours and the staff honestly treat you like there is no one else on earth. Everything is very private and if you're going somewhere to escape it all and just relax this is the place to do it. We had once thought that this was a once and a lifetime trip but after our exceptional stay at the St Regis we can't imagine not coming back as soon as we can. We stayed in an overwater villa facing Mt Otemanu which was so fantastic and there were plenty of fish and sharks to observe from our platform. the lagoonarium was just amazing and we spent many hours snorkelling and enjoying all the fish in the area. If you are even considering the St Regis in Bora Bora don't hesitate to stay there, the staff and the resort are just amazing and you will never want to leave.
Absolutely loved this resort - wish I could have stayed longer! Resort is spread out over 3 little islands, and they provide bikes all over the resort to get around. There are 2 swimming pools - 1 adults only with private little cabana type areas, near to the overwater bungalows. The other is in the centre of the resort, not huge but perfect for a bit of lounging around. Fantastic beach area with water bikes, SUPs, snorkelling etc, plenty to do. Also have a large lagoonarium, with a large variety of tropical fish for snorkelling with. Stayed in an overwater bungalow and it was huge - had a separate lounge that could have slept 2 kids, plus a large bedroom with king bed, both areas looking onto the deck. Can jump off the deck into the water - I jumped in when I saw three stingrays swim under the bungalow and swum with them for a bit. Selection of restaurants to choose from including a beautiful one which has a glass floor showing the sharks swimming underneath. Breakfast buffet not as extensive as I would have hoped but you can order off the menu. Gorgeous resort!
"PARADISE- unforgettable honeymoon"
My husband and I are very well-traveled and have stayed at some very nice hotels/resorts all over the world. HANDS DOWN St. Regis takes the cake at being the best in every aspect- impeccable customer service, the property was stunning & beautifully maintained, the water in Bora Bora - I mean c'mon now.....crystal clear and picturesque. The main things I focus on when rating a hotel are: Customer Service: Upon arriving, they made sure to get us early check-in, gave us a thorough tour of the property, made us dinner reservations for that night, gave my husband a brand new bicycle to ride around on, showed up at our room without asking to give us a ride to the restaurant in the golf cart b/c it started to drizzle out, when our air conditioner condenser started to leak- immediately addressed the issue and upgraded our room to this amazing over the water bungalow with the best view, everyone is beyond kind and pleasant, you don't ever get a response that makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them or being a bother, the staff when they see you all take the time to tell you about the best places to eat/things to do/the best snorkeling spots (lagoonarium) etc. The smallest of things and the slightest of detail they pay the closest attention to- when our flight was delayed- they called our room, notified us, booked us another hotel in papeete, called our connecting airline flight to re-book it for us, I mean the list goes ON AND ON AND ON...I have NEVER written a review quite like this one & I'm not sure I ever will FOOD: pricey- but good! We had stayed in Moorea the week prior to arriving in Bora Bora and the food was pricey and bad! The sushi take restaurant was great, along with the lagoon restaurant (where you can catch a sneak peak at sharks through the glass floor during dinner), to the italian restaurant!! IT WAS ALL GOOD. Sushi was my favorite, but I also enjoyed my daily mojito out of a coconut at the pool bar with the tuna tar tar in coconut milk. CLEANLINESS: the staff scrubs the steps that lead into the ocean daily-the grounds are spotless, housecleaning did a fantastic job, room service was quick and no matter how complicated our order (I am a pretty particular eater) they got it correct every single time!) You can spend time with the marine biologist and learn about the different programs they have going on at the resort- she is incredibly knowledgable and I found it fascinating! I could go on and on and on with the list of outstanding features this resort has to offer. I find it very difficult to believe it could be beat at any hotel. Worth every penny. Bucket list vacation done correctly. Would do it again in a heartbeat & couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.
"Dream vacation and unforgettable wedding ceremony"
My husband and I just had a 5-day vacation in St. Regis Bora Bora. The hotel was superb, the lagoon within the resort is so beautiful and quite. Our Butler Yolanda is very friendly and considerate. Our Wedding Planner Magali and her colleague Laure are wonderful, they have done fantastic job preparing everything for us before our arrival, making sure everything are in order and all the details are taken care. They are just awesome!!! Also big thanks to our photographer Jennie, who's taken beautiful pictures for us. The vacation and our wedding ceremony are just amazing and unforgettable!
"St Regis Bora Bora - booked through Pacific for Less"
The St Regis was superlative! Extremely nice people in every spot, from arrival at the airport to the checkout and sail way. Our overwater bungalow was very spacious, with the best view in the South Pacific. Although our butlers said the resort was full, there is a lot of space in this 40+ acre resort. We never felt like there was a crowd. The food at the on site restaurants was excellent! Bar service was very good as well. We enjoyed the Polynesian show...with a little audience participation! Claudia and the staff at Pacific for Less gave us great advice, plus they arranged and efficiently packaged our entire trip, including a shark and ray feeding.
