Hotel was simply amazing! It is just beautiful and the service just impeccable. I can't recommend it enough!! We had dinner in the restaurant (fine dining) and it was our first taste of Peruvian food. It was delicious, very reasonable and I recommend you dine there one night.
"Very nice, classy hotel"
Very nice hotel...I was very kindly upgraded to a suite, the room was spacious, very nice bathroom and generally very spacious. The decor was all modern and everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and all in all no complaints.
"Post cruise land package"
First class, well appointed. The rooms were were large and well appointed reflecting a premium property. The staff was very helpful. The common areas showed well. The restaurant offered a good selection of choices and the food was very good.
As a five start hotel, I was in general satisfied. However I mist, that when you paid for excetutive rooms, that the excetutibe club restaurant was open before 6pm for drinks and food. The location os also close to a very nosing quarter particular one of the main roads. Very expensive minibar.
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Westin Lima Hotel during my stay. I took my wife and my friends with me and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff did not disappoint me. Every staff and management member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind, starting from Ms. Gersman, Room Division Manager, that I had the pleasure to meet in person. We will continue our trip in Peru staying at another property owned by Libertador Hotels and managed by Marriott, Palacio del Inka in Cuzco. I am sure we will find the same level of service even there and to receive the same attention from the management and the staff. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service!
